We ordered a cake from the case for a birthday for a 30 year old man and when we got it, it was all pink with flowers. We ordered it from the case and it was not an intricate customized cake at all. We just wanted happy birthday written it. When we called, we were argued with and were told that we would not get a refund even though we were not looking for one. We just wanted the mistake fixed. When we came back to the store to try and get it fixed, there was not much they could do and we understood so we bought a different one. We were then told that the family member who made the phone call was disrespectful even though they were just trying to find someone to help them with this issue.
We did enjoy the cake and had no problems with the taste. We were just taken aback by the rudeness of one of the employees that were there.

They’ve got a really nice mix of cakes and healthier food, so there’s something for everyone. The cake and bakery selection is actually pretty impressive, you’ll want to try more than one.
There’s shared parking right out front, and the place has plenty of seating, so you can comfortably dine in without feeling crowded.

Some items require a wax bag not a paper bag very poor and I will not purchase those items anymore. Staff dose not pay attention to the line of customers but they want you to stay in a line with no numbers. Very Poor Customer Service.

While visiting my family in New England, they surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake to celebrate my 75 young years! It was gorgeous and delicious.

I’ve been here multiple times Overall, my experience was mixed. The tiramisu cake was decent and had a alright tiramisu flavors, though it could have been more authentic. The chocolate cake piece was quite dense and brownie-like, making it hard to finish since it was very sweet or dense, The cheesecake, unfortunately, was quite dry and had a texture that reminded me of sweet, cheesy dirt, which made it tough to enjoy. Could be overcooked or old.
However, the blueberry muffins were a pleasant surprise and definitely worth trying. Also, the staff were nice and welcoming, which added a positive touch to the visit.

WHY have I not stopped in to White's Bakery in Mansfield until today? The selections were mesmerizing and I wanted one of absolutely everything! I had to try very hard to restrain myself and even with the enormous box of muffins and pastries I purchased, it was only 30.00. Their blueberry muffin was the best I have had in a great while and I can't wait to give their meals a try! Dunkin who?? Bye, Felicia!!

I understand why the Hingham store closed. This store will close too. Just spent 55$ for a 24 piece desert tray. I originally went for a fruit tart. Dry as can be not the original store and no product. -1 star

I understand that the taste of a pastry can vary depending on individual preferences. However, the tiramisu pastry I purchased the other day was, in my opinion, mediocre at best. Additionally, after being brought home and left at room temperature for over an hour, the inner layers were still frozen when I attempted to enjoy it. I was not aware that it was pre-made and then frozen, which impacted the overall experience and me being a customer.
