We arrived at exactly 7:00 for our 7:00 reservation for 3. We were told there would be a 10 minute wait. Fortunately there were 3 seats at the bar. We waited 40 minutes for our table. My 2 friends ordered the ceviche. I ordered the Chilean sea bass. My two friends got food poisoning. Really???

Stopped by Cast Seaside Bites and Bar for some lunch. Started with a draft IPA. Decent, but a little pricey. Went with the Baja Fish tacos. They tasted okay, was hoping for a little more of a flavor blast. Portion is definitely light.

Service staff constantly interrupted our conversation to ask if they can remove obviously empty dishes but did not replace silverware or side plates between courses which I would have expected. I wouldn’t return. So many better dinner options in Marion and Mattapoisett.

Visiting Cast was the best decision my family could have made, I went with my family and it could not have been a better experience, the food, great, the atmosphere, splendid, and the service was magnificent, especially with our food runner she always had a smile on her face which brought up everyone’s mood. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the area.

Cast is my favorite place! The food is amazing, the staff is fantastic and super knowledgeable, and it's beautiful inside. They have excellent drinks and the menu changes seasonally. I highly recommend it!
I went a few months back with a guest, and it was one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant. The food was beyond delicious (with fresh ingredients), and the service was fantastic. We ordered a few things to share, but the best thing by far was the build-your-own barbacoa-- the meat was tender and delicious. Can't wait to go back.

This is the second visit. The first visit included apps, tacos and it was very good… second visit (first for this year) tuna ceviche, sauce was overpowering, the specialty drink was so sour, it had to be watered down twice. The 1/2 chicken entree was more bone than chicken, and blah. The lobster/steak specialty was loaded with too much salt, meat was tasteless. New chef? Hopefully out sick for the night. Getting a reservation a few hours prior to dinner should have been a clue. We will try one more time…

I was pre charged 50 dollars when making a reservation for a special event. I hadn't even taken a bite. and the place was half empty when i ate. not the best for a small town restaurant.
