We have ordered here a few times after moving to Rochester. Every time we have ordered we are given a delivery estimated time. The delivery time always goes well over the estimated time- like wayyy over. We understand things are busy and even things may happen. We are very flexible. But after waiting 2.5 hrs (ordered at 7pm and delivered around 915/920pm) for our food last night and having to call on its whereabouts, only to be told the same excuse as a previous time we waited the same amount of time for delivery, is disappointing. They blame it on the delivery driver and also on "a mistake they made with our pizza either being messed up or being given to the wrong customer". That is the same excuse that we have received twice now, verbatim. Then when we got the delivery 2.5 hours later, only to have one of the items (calzone) we ordered be a pizza instead. The chicken on this supposed to be calzone had a lot of tendons and unchewable that we actually just removed all the chicken. The other items we ordered- burger and cheese pizza were subpar.

Ordered a large cheese pizza, was told MAX wait time would be 30 minutes but should be done before then. They were definitely busy with a lot of impatient customers who were waiting on delayed orders. Waited well over the estimated time. The employees seemed very disorganized. Was happy to finally get my pizza only to be pretty disappointed with it. Good thing we were hungry enough it didnt matter. The reviews made it seem outstanding. We won't be back.
Tried this place out twice- both were atrocious. Not only were both orders seemingly chilled prior to getting them (pre sliced pizza has cold toppings added to it) -they were both incorrect and I was left having to argue with a teenager over dipping sauces that were pre paid.
We ordered a delivery, we’re given a time, and it wasn’t delivered for another 45 minutes after the time we were given!!! It is a shame that we had to wait that long! It was barely warm! And we preferred the pizza over many other places that we could have chosen! And it was the first time in months that we were able to get through to order on their website without a problem! Disappointing to say the least!
