Lovely meal. We had the steamed mussels, the cod and the Caesar salad. The salad and mussels were served at the same time and we asked to postpone the salad until we were finished with our appetizer. The waitstaff was very amenable and the whole meal was delightful. We visit at least 4 times a year and just love it.
It's a 3 course menu. And that's ok. I love small menu. Usually indicates more quality food. Not exactly in this case. Location is blah! Amd food was not excellent. Was pretty mediocre actually. Lobster bisque was too sweet. Crab dip was ok. The Brussel sprouts was very disappointing. Dry and there was just bunch of the skin not enough feta cheese on it. It would been better if there was actually good pieces of Brussel sprouts in. And duck was actually good. Not the rest in the plate though. The steak, I have cooked better steak at home. Rest on the plate we didn't care for either. The wine was awesome! So. Overall I would say for a $200 dinner I would have gone to Boston instead. At least would been a great view. This place offers no view. It's in the middle of residentes. I won't be back there. Just ok.

The food offered on a quite limited menu was good, but not worth the $100 tab for two with no drinks. We were celebrating, so it's okay this time, but we probably won't either return or recommend the Atlantic Bistro.
Wonderful quiet place to have a small intimate dinner (just what we wanted on our anniversary!). So cozy! The steak, salmon and dessert were wonderful as was the lavender martini!!! Our waitress Ali was great! Expected gourmet dining and everything was cooked perfectly. Good place for special dinner, but a little overpriced.
Our 21st anniversary and first time trying AB. Everything was great, scallops and chicken dish were delish as well as the shaved brussel sprouts and gnocchi! Will definitely come back!

Beautiful local restaurant, the best ratatouille I’ve had in my 27 years. The staff was also incredibly friendly, definitely worth a visit

Went to dinner with another couple. The duck was outstanding. Everyone loved their meals. The bartender is very accommodating and made a revolver and a boulevadier. Have eaten there a number of times and never disappointed. Will definitely return.
Everything about The Atlantic Bistro is so carefully thought through, from the menu layout and overall ambiance to the way each dish connects to wine pairings and dessert. I feel welcome back every time I'm able to have dinner here, which isn't nearly as often as I'd like, and I love that I can always find something familiar *and* something new to try. Chris and his staff are knowledgable, friendly, accommodating, and hardworking. You won't find closer attention to detail or finer dining anywhere else on the South Coast.

Great waitress! Atmosphere was nice, cozy, quiet. Good for two couples to have dinner. It is known that food costs have gone up. And I do not mind paying more for good food. But this was not the case. 3 of us had the scallop "meal". First, don't hide what is being served in foreign words. Then don't charge high prices and deliver half a meal.
4 medium sized scallops placed on a thick pea soup is what we were served for $36 each plate.
Dessert was decent.
With tip, $80 per person. Just not worth it at this restaurant.
Oh well, another lesson learned.

A wonderful, small restaurant with great food and service. I had the scallops and my wife had the salmon. Two beautifully prepared dinners. A great pre dinner cocktail was the Smoke and Rust for those who like scotch and drambuie. The special dessert was strawberry shortcake with homemade biscuit and fresh strawberries and cream. The Atlantic Bistro was a great way for us to celebrate our anniversary. A great find right here in our own backyard.

We had been to the Bistro a couple of times and really had a superior meal but this time was disappointing. The food overall was very salty - in fact we heard our neighboring table say the same. It almost seemed like there was a different chef, the food was really less than par, our crab dip app was mostly cheese, the duck tasted rubbery and the bed of spinach was way too salty. bummer!
Our server Brook was terrific. Very enthusiastic about being there and being part of the restaurant team. The food was delicious...my husband always loves the gnocchi and I love the Brussels sprouts. Meats are always well cooked with yummy sauces and interesting base combos of veggies. Best food in our local area!
