Another outstanding dining experience! We had the salmon and the swordfish - both were cooked to perfection (not over-cooked) and had perfect accompaniments and sauces. Finished with the profiteroles. If you've never tried the Vermentino wine and you enjoy Pinot Grigio, you'll love it.

I would not think twice about dining at Atlantic Bistro. My party felt like we had our own executive chef and staff. The appetizers were shared among us, but all agreed they were delicious and would have ordered more except they would have spoiled our appetites for dinner. The dinners were excellent, not a scrape left on anyone's plate.. You won't be disappointed dining here. The decor is best suited for special occasion. Reservations are a must.

Food was inventive and superbly executed. The wine list offered an excellent selection. The restaurant was the noisiest that I've ever dined in. The experience suffered because of that. Maybe we just had noisy tables near us, but the server had to yell at us. Chef was betrayed by these circumstances, on this day.

Had a lovely dinner Thursday night. At first I thought it was kind of loud, with tables close to one another, but once the food and drinks were flowing we felt more comfortable! Appetizers were absolutely delicious, we had the Crab dip and the gnocchi, very yummy! For mains we chose the salmon and swordfish schnitzel. Highly recommend you check this place out for date night or meet up with a few friends!
I had the chicken over mushrooms and thin sliced potatoes. It was delicious. My friend had the bacon blue-cheese burger and loved his as well. Nifty gem in a small coastal NE town.

The food is nearly always excellent at the Atlantic Bistro. And, the food is nearly always very slow to come to the table. The restaurant does not offer any pre-meal bread, and we've tried ordering appetizers to alleviate the long wait for entrees, but appetizers are equally as slow and it's a long time between the service of courses. It's a love/frustration relationship with Atlantic Bistro. 100% worth a visit (actually, many visits) for the wonderful dishes and preparations, just know you will likely spend some time sitting at your table hungry.
