Hosted a kid's party here at Apex Kids. Our host Kailin was fantastic, meeting us when we arrived and walking us through the itinerary the day. She was always close by checking in and guiding us to make sure everything went smoothly both during the free play and arcade play time. She also managed the party festivities (food and cake) seamlessly. The parents loved the venue and the kiddos had a blast. The food choices were A+, even with a young audience. Booking the event...
Kailin was absolutely amazing. She was very informative and helpful, I didn’t have to worry about anything because she was always a step ahead. Thank you for making my son’s birthday a breeze, so much that I was able to enjoy it too !
The communication was open, quick and clear with Evan from when I first inquired about a birthday party. Our party hosts, Isys and Kim were phenomenal!! They were so kind and fun with the kids but managed to keep them all in order! They maintained the schedule and set up our desserts and food beautifully. The manager even checked in to make sure the party was going well. Everything from start to finish was amazing and worth every penny! Thank you Isys, Kim & the whole Apex...
