We put in a large order that we did not notify the staff of, yet they were very kind about it. They told us what the wait time would be, and they had everything done in a shorter time than that. Also, they let us know a way to get more pretzels for the same price. Also, the pretzels were all delicious.Highly recommended.

Ordered smoothie at the mall and found it very sugary. They put in lots of syrup while saying it's natural/ fresh flavors. I would rather opt in for a pretzel.

The staff was not friendly and the prices have gone up significantly. $4 for a pretzel (flour, sugar, oil), and no multi-pretzel discount. The one benefit... we were encouraged not to eat junk food. :)

Pretzel doe was not cooked through which was gross n the pepperoni pretzel has been kneaded too much so i just ate pepperoni off of it(it was waaaay too thick n overwhelming 4/7/19

Portion size seemed smaller (the cup wasn't full to the top either) and the "cheese sauce" is served cold in a plastic container with a peel off lid. The sauce used to be hot/warm. Cold cheese and pretzels aren't a good combination. The pretzels themselves tasted good but the presentation and location was underwhelming. What used to be a go to treat is now, eh.
