Brazilian Steak Grill

Visiting Marlborough and found this gem of an all you can eat Brazilian steak buffet. The price was reasonable at $25 per person (plus tax). There were about 20 or so sides and around 8 different kinds of Brazilian style BBQ that were on skewers that you could get by visiting the counter. Garlic steak, regular steak, and pork were my favorite.

Honestly dissatisfied and disappointed. Soup I got was half grease and had no flavor and huge bones in it. I’ve had this soup many other places and it didn’t disappoint but this time it did. Food was okay but definitely could’ve been better. Portion size for the soup is super small for 12$ of grease. Never again. 80$ down the drain. Lesson on learned.

The restaurant has great potential with its spacious layout, excellent location, and plenty of parking, which are all major positives. However, there are some areas that could benefit from attention to enhance the overall experience.

Firstly, the buffet temperature needs to be monitored closely, as it is currently too low, which could impact the quality of the food. Additionally, the presentation and preparation of the meats could be improved to align with the standards expected at a Brazilian steakhouse.

It would also be beneficial to provide training for the staff on the proper techniques for cutting meat in the traditional Brazilian style, as this is a key aspect of the experience that diners anticipate at a restaurant like yours.

With these adjustments, the restaurant could truly elevate its offering and provide a more authentic and enjoyable experience for guests. Thank you for the opportunity to share this feedback!

Horrible place polite people but there they have exceptions when I arrived we asked for a pinch we left and it didn't arrive. and a place that is not suitable for children

Best Brazilian buffet in the Marlborough area. Food is always flavorful & they offer more options than other places! Waitstaff are sweethearts. Highly recommend

Kind of odd how high the ratings are. The food has decent flavor but everything was kind of cold and not very fresh at the buffet. There is literally 0 ambiance in the restaurant, feels like a cafeteria, no decorations, no music, very bland. The level of service is very confusing and we weren’t even aware there was a dine in menu to pick from so we just went to the buffet, nobody gave us any other options. We then later saw other diners ask specifically for menus so I guess it is a thing? The steak had great seasoning though and the fatty cut was delicious.

The food is very average and we were charged $18 for two cups (regular disposable cup) of lemonade which is ridiculous!

Pale environment, resembling a hospital cafeteria, not stimulating, the ambient sound was so low that we could hear everyone's conversation, food was cold and almost seasoned and weak in flavor, also like hospital food and they sold rump steak as picanha (the taste is not deceiving) , unfriendly service! I hope they improve!
