Don't go there. The store wasn’t open around lunchtime (around noon), and the staff member refused to accept online orders or assist with a refund.

And extreme ammount of black specs/ mold in the drinks they give. DO NOT DRINK

Orders through the grub hub are absolutely horrible. I had food missing, drinks missing, the burgers were made incorrectly, and when I tried to call to get my order fixed, I got no answer on all 5 times I tried. Truly bad service

Staff of Burger King at Salomon mall sucks . Staff lady who takes order is very rude . She ignore the people who comes to give order at counter and you have to wait to give order .

Hair in my food, extremely defensive and rude customer service from the old ladies, the young people are the respectful ones here. I ordered a number 5 she thought I said 6, on the screen next to us it literally says "whopper" which was also a mistake was suppose to be a whopper junior but im hungry so fine. She still proceeds to make a chicken sandwich number 6 I have no idea why I know I didnt say 6 and the screen said whopper as well the chicken sandwich coming into play is just so ridiculous and funny because where was she getting that from? I know it costs more so was she trying to get more money out of me? The other reviews suggest she is the type. Then she was so adamant it was a chicken sandwich and I was wrong until she saw the screen herself but she still tries playing it off to not be wrong. I will say while still being rude and not just accepting the mistake she also gave me a large soda and fries instead of the small that I ordered to try and bribe me that way but nah because then I bite into the whopper and theres hair in it and the entire time she wasn't nice at all. Worst BK ever I never have problems simply just ordering the food like this anywhere. I will personally never order here again but if I did I only would when the young guy is there and the young lady, both are very respectful and patient and do their jobs well but those older ladies are just so miserable lol

The personnel serving the location are great, but the owner rejects all BK offers and makes it as difficult as possible for customers to save or get deals. It is what it is.

Woman that works there is so rude. Restaurant shut down for a 10 minute break, I didn’t see the sign, and she was super condescending to tell me the fact. I’m one of many people that have complained about this lady. She clearly needs a change of scenery, maybe will boast her mood.
