Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve ordered online from this Chipotle many times, but about one out of every three orders ends up with the wrong food in my to-go bag. There’s a good chance you won’t get the correct order here.

Every single time I order from here they play with me! Skimpy and sideways in the bag😩 I know it’s not coming out of your paycheck 💀 this location needs real leadership 😮 based on the reviews I know im not the only one they are playing with😭two little string beans🙄 just go to westborough 😩

They don't put enough lettuce in the bowls

Have never been disappointed more. Right when I walked through the door I could sense an awful vibe from all the customers leaving pissed. First the workers are rude and arrogant towards me, then follow up refusing to give me more food after I asked for double. I go to check out and they do not offer free water. Could not name another place in the country where this is the case. Too top it all off the bag of chips they gave me were as stale as the conversations with my ex girlfriend. I love chipotle but this place is a joke!

Place absolutely sucks. Horrible portions in the bowls. They do not give free water cups out. Workers are extremely rude to you when u ask for extra food. Do NOT go to this chipotle.

Criminally small portions. I travel across all of New England for work and Chipotle is usually my go-to for a quick lunch. Out of every chipotle I’ve been to, this is by far the worst.

One of the worst Chipotle!!

The girl who works at front as manager was rude and she was so fast on preparing a bowl like throwing the food in the bowl not just following basic things and she forgot guacamole in my bowl and there is no one in the restaurant as she works like huge crowd waiting to order. Worst service!!!

Really disappointed with my experience here. After paying for my meal, I asked for a water cup and was told I couldn’t have one unless I purchased a full drink. I understand if there is a small charge for the cup itself, but requiring a full-priced beverage just to have water is unreasonable. Water is a basic courtesy that should be available to paying customers. This left a bad taste in my mouth and no water to wash it down. I hope management reconsiders this policy because something so simple can make a big difference in the customer experience. Hope the town cuts off their water supply.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional staff- was shouted at by multiple employees to move to the pick up shelf to wait for my order which had not been prepared. I informed staff, calmly, that I’m going to wait where I’m comfortable which was at a booth several feet back from the register. I was then told by one of the shouting staff members “it’s okay if you don’t want to help us.” Meanwhile, I was trying not to obstruct the pick up shelf from other customers & delivery drivers by choosing to remain out of the way. Staff finished bagging the food; placed a sticker on to seal the bag, and then deliberately held the food far back at the counter so I couldn’t retrieve it

What is wrong with Chipole now? My order of a Buritto chios and a drink is over 18 dollars because Im up-charged to a large chip without asking. If your gonna charge me that much can you atleast serve me portion sizes greater than 1/8th of a cup?

Food were alright, but I don’t think I’ve ever been given a smaller portion of rice. Like c’mon it’s rice

Portions aren’t given correctly, it’s especially frustrating when you are paying for double protein and receive what looks like normal or less… staff also seem like they hate it there.
