Classic Pizza is a Marlborough classic! Kosta and Crew do an excellent job of putting out great food at an extremely reasonable price. Service is five star as well. And if you want a cold adult beverage to enjoy with your meal, that is available as well.

I ordered Large pizza and 2 orders of chicken wings via phone. Told me 45 min and delivery driver called me 55 min later said got my address incorrect. Had to give hom my address again. Called the store spoke to the young gentleman and asked what was taking so long he responded rudely that he gave me a 45 min delivery time. I said its been 55 min. Upset I hung up waited another 15 min and proceeded to call the delivery driver said he had the incorrect addres. Gave him my correct addres said he was 10 min away,. Waited another 10 min called the delivery driver and he said your said your address is such and such. I said yes as I repeated like 10 times. He came like 5 min later. Gave him a tip. Isn't his fault. But customer service sucks. Food was cold and for sure will not order again.

Place sucks. No quality control. Orders are always wrong. Salad with no dressing. Mods are all wrong, etc. If the staff cant read english, have the tickets in another language.

I have been going here for years. While the prices are still somewhat reasonable the food is above average with some great dishes but their downfall is their customer service. Not the cooks or management but the young ladies who take orders and answer the phone. They seem to make alot of mistakes as well as not understand simple basic instructions and get puzzled by them. I do think it is best that if you have young kids answering the phone to take orders, you do need some form of communication skills or be able to understand or answer simple questions. Other than that I will always go here when I feel like it but some consideration needs to be taken in regard to clueless people answering the phone and having a positive attitude to some degree...js

I live 2 hrs away and decided to give Classic pizza a try while in area for a few days. Was very pleased with my decision! Pizza was done in time given and hot. Tasted very good to top it off..A+

pleasant pizza is closed this week so yesterday i ordered here in spite of taking them off my ordering list last year due to too many mistakes and poor customer service in a row. took an hour to deliver, came cold and incorrect. not worth the price. will be staying off of the take out list. try pleasant pizza in marlborough, its cheaper and the food blows this place so far out of the water its kinda sad
Prices are wrong on the menu, $20 for a pepperoni pizza which took 20 minutes and the staff got my order wrong 3 times. And the cheese on my pizza fell off when I picked it up

Been coming here since high school but it’s nicely renovated inside. The portions are huge especially the grinders for $10 it’s twice the size of anything from subway. The people are always friendly and my order is always ready fast. The dessert case is also impressive and there’s a little bar inside and plenty of seating for families.

I do not recommend this place, very expensive for nothing, when i ordered a delivery i thought they will prepare a really nice plate, but just rice, and toooo much rice came.

Food was absolutely one of the best I ever had in the area of Massachusetts, even though they had a huge demand, they were very fast with seating and handing the food. The serves were also all very polite. I’ll for sure be back way more often !
