I did not love my salmon poke bowl, it was just ok. It had too much dressing and or spicy mayo. It also had Kani which I didn't expect, because the menu description of that bowl didn't list it. If I knew about it, I would not have ordered it. The salmon was chopped with spicy mayo, which I didn't expect that either, because it didn't look like that on the picture in the menu.
The Beef Tataki was soft and supple. Cut appropriately to easily chew and slightly seared for a a smokey hint. The sauce was subpar.
The Unagi Nigiri was fantastic, thickly cut, flavored perfectly, and melted in my mouth.
The Dragon roll was okay. The flavors of eel were overpowered by the amount of avocado used, resulting in an avocado roll with a slight hint of eel from the sauce.

Crazy Stone Sushi was a delightful find! The appetizers were amazing, and the sushi was fresh and delicious every time. I enjoyed it so much that I went three times during my two-week stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, and their takeout service is convenient and efficient. Definitely a must-visit for sushi lovers!
