The food here is alright, it’s not bad nor is it good but from my experience of trying to order inside was horrible. I’m a user of the app and I tried to put in a big order and I couldn’t so I had to go to the store to order. And anytime I have picked up I have noticed that everyone that works there has a language barrier, (I’m not against other races) but it has never bothered me Until today. I had to repeat everything. I said multiple and multiple times Just because this Employee didn’t understand what I was saying. I even tried to speak in a similar language, and not even that helped. And I started to ask myself. Why would they hire people who didn’t speak fluent or speak a little of English so they can take orders?

If I could give 0 star I would. So unprofessional I ordered a pizza for delivery and why was it confirmed without it actually being delivered…. When I called they said they tried calling means waiting for 10 minutes which is not true. Will never order for here again… literally where’s my pizza….

service is unacceptable, I ordered and by THEIR drivers mistake went to the wrong place and blamed me saying I gave the wrong address and left .. I have every screenshot of the interaction .. I just think it’s insane look at the map look at the pin of where the place is and don’t blame customers for the drivers not knowing where to go . Never ordering again

I love the cold water; salad; and people. Great location to be around. Yesterday I thanked MART on the telephone for the great transportation system offered by the State of Massachusetts to escort me which meets the necessities of my special needs.

I’m really disappointed with this Domino’s location. I gave clear instructions for the delivery driver to bring the pizza to my apartment door, and once again they left it downstairs in the lobby without even notifying us.
This isn’t the first time it happens, and even after calling to complain, the manager didn’t seem to care or offer any real solution.
If you can’t follow simple delivery instructions or communicate when the order arrives, you shouldn’t offer delivery.

Never got my food delivery I called Marlboro restaurant lady was rude and very unprofessional she said she couldn’t do anything because they deliver my food but to the wrong addresse I asked about what they gonna do she was ignorant and said nothing I called my bank to get my refund back I will never order from here again.

Do not order from this Marlborough location we spent about 50 on pizza it specifically says my apartment number on the delivery order I noticed my order was taking so long so I go on the tracker to see where the delivery man was and it says delivered so I call the store and the guy says oh no , i see the picture he left it in the mailroom I’m like okay I don’t live in the mailroom I live in apartment number *** and if he was in the building why wouldn’t he leave it in front of my door instead of the mail room where everyone had access to he said I don’t know mam I said my door bell goes right to my phone I don’t get it and he just hung up the phone on me so during this hard time I have to find something else to spend money on again because my 50 order says delivered and we never got it. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. This is b.s now my kids have no dinner it’s so late I have been feeling sick all day I have stage 5 kidney disease and didn’t have the energy to cook for my kids tonight that’s why I got dominos and paid the outrageous 5.99 fee and they just hang up on me I didn’t even have the energy to call back I just left it at that k will figure out something else for my babies to tonight! Be careful where you spend your money.

Food is Delicious and good, sometimes they mess up your order but its fine. Service is great but takes around 10 - 20 minutes, and the noise is somewhat moderate, Overall 4/5 Stars.

The Flowk Life

They Don’t communicate effectively and mess up the order on an every other occurrence. You go inside of there it’s like being in the most hateful atmosphere. You can possibly be in. You can feel it in the room. The last pizza that I ordered was half cheese, half buffalo chicken, and this is what I got instead Half buffalo chicken and half buffalo sauce soup on my pizza

I order from Domino’s in Marlborough often and have never had any issues. The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. One time they accidentally missed a topping on my pizza, but they didn’t hesitate to make me a brand-new one right away. That kind of customer service really shows they care about their customers. I’m very satisfied and will definitely keep ordering here!
