They Don’t communicate effectively and mess up the order on an every other occurrence. You go inside of there it’s like being in the most hateful atmosphere. You can possibly be in. You can feel it in the room. The last pizza that I ordered was half cheese, half buffalo chicken, and this is what I got instead Half buffalo chicken and half buffalo sauce soup on my pizza

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I order from Domino’s in Marlborough often and have never had any issues. The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. One time they accidentally missed a topping on my pizza, but they didn’t hesitate to make me a brand-new one right away. That kind of customer service really shows they care about their customers. I’m very satisfied and will definitely keep ordering here!

Domino’s never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, delicious, and exactly what I’m craving. I’ve never had an issue with an order, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their food. Definitely one of my favorite go-to spots for a great meal!

This store can never get a pizza right. Ever. It’s either undersauced or overcooked or no garlic on the crust or missing toppings. Pay for extra toppings and there’s literally 4 pieces of pepperoni. You have to try to make pizza taste bad but they do it effortlessly. Go to any other dominos.

They was disrespectful I ordered one small Philly steak and cheese Pizza which cost me $14.99 in the last time I got it it was $6.99 they were extremely rude I also ordered cheesy tater tots and the manager did not even put that in this is absurd this place should not be in service right now still. The location was in Hudson mass. One star last time I got the new Philly steak sub there was like no meat and it tastes so fake I don't even know if it was really neat and they are extremely disrespectful on the phone. I'm never going back to this place again

I ordered pizza from here today. I'm at the royal plaza trade center, the only other building is the beat western hotel. I specifically put in the instructions to god to the royal plaza trade center not the hotel. Which where pretty simple instructions. I watched the driver pass by me at the royal plaza trade center and go straight to the hotel. When he came back I tried explaining this to him but he couldn't understand me at all because he doesn't speak English. If your drivers are dealing with the public they should speak English. Just being able to drive around isn't enough to do their job. Learn to speak the language.

There was an issue with my delivery, and it took 20 minutes of running around to find my food. When I finally found it, it was the completely wrong pizza including an ingredient I can’t eat. When I tried to call the store to fix the issue, they never pick up.

I don’t understand why this place has such low rating. I ordered two medium pizzas today. This was probably the fastest delivery I ever received from Domino’s. And the pizzas came looking just like I wanted them to. No complaints at all.

I recently ordered from Domino’s, and the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the delivery was quick, which is always appreciated. However, the pizza itself was nothing special—just your standard fare without anything that really stood out.
One downside was that one of the boxes looked like it had been dropped, which was disappointing. While the food was still edible, the presentation wasn’t great. Overall, it was an okay experience, but nothing that would make me rush to order again.

ordered via app for delivery. first order came incorrectly. phone line is terrible and you have to sit and talk to automated messages before it actually calls the store for them to immediately put you on hold. store promises a remake and it was redelivered after 45 mins. food was good but disappointed that no labels are being put on the box and no one is double checking before sending it out. especially when the delivery charge is $6.

This location has got our online order wrong three times (crust, toppings, etc.). Train your staff to read the orders more carefully. Most of the staff doesn't speak English fluently, which could also be part of the problem.
