Honestly, the absolute worst experience from a dominos I have ever experienced.First, it started with the delivery driver delivering my order to the wrong address. I called dominos, and they were quick to fix that and have the driver go to the right address. When approached by the driver, she was very rude about the situation and said that it wasn’t her fault and proceeded to shove all the boxes into my hands, with a salad and 2 litter and then expected me to sign a receipt with my hands full. At this time, some of my order fell on the ground and the driver rushed to her car and left without saying a word.I called the store, the employee helping me was respectful, and helpful. Got the food remade and said it would be delivered within 20-25 minutes. 45 minutes later, nothing. Call the store, and was told the drivers refused to deliver the remade order. At this time, I’m getting very aggravated because I paid for food that I’m not receiving. After expressing my concern for a refund, I was told that he couldn’t do that, and I’d have to speak to a manager the next day as there was no managers on shift at this time. I asked for the corporate number so I could speak to someone else, and all of a sudden all the drivers are available to deliver my food. I will be contacting the corporate office, about this situation as well! This service was absolutely outrageous, and as a former Dominos employee in another state… I am ashamed for this company and wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location.

I ordered food online then added something I forgot. The food I ordered online was ready but took 15 mins to put my other food in the oven not to mention the 3 employees working inside the building not wearing gloves while they prepare the food witnessed one of the employees wiping her nose then going back to making pizzas I was a bit disgusted to be honest I feel for the people to who's food she was preparing

Twice in a row, I placed an order and ended up waiting indefinitely for pickup and delivery. On both occasions, my order wasn't prepared. I called and was told that my pizza just got out of the oven and would be delivered in 5 minutes. Waited for an hour, the. I had to cancel it at the store and request a refund because no one answered the phone when I called the second time. Total wait time: 1 hour and 50 minutes.
