Most of the staff rude. Manager especially, called for more than 40 minutes no answer went back to bring a blueberry muffin back asked for a coffeecake muffin my daughter is allergic to blueberries. Told manager I called for more than 30 minutes to explain the problem, no answer. She said we are too busy to answer phone she never apologized for giving us the wrong muffin. I told her I needed it to be toasted with butter since my daughter is now working it’s late and she will not be able to do it herself she butter cost extra. I did not want to go get my wallet to pat since they made the mistake not me she did toast it for us but was really rude the whole time.

The store manager at this location (Ruth, blonde bob) is so rude and terrible at listening to customers. She will rush you every time and then complain to you at the window about her drive thru time. The ironic thing is that if she was actually listening instead of constantly interrupting, she'd hear correctly the first time. Just go to any of the other Dunkins in town. Not worth it.

The parking is an issue because it's on a one-way Street and a lot of the time they don't have the staff to handle things and that's not their fault .

I went to the drive thru today around 10:10 am today, the lady at the window was quite shockingly rude, she had told me the total amount i was due and i went to reach for my wallet and she scoffed, then she shut the drive thru window a bit passive aggressively, then proceeded to laugh with another coworker whilst looking back at me, i asked if there was an issue and she said “it’s Saturday, we dont have all day”. In turn i told her she shouldn’t act this way with customers but she seemed to have no issues with her attitude. God bless

The manager behaves disgustingly with clients.
Went there 30 minutes before they close and they told me they would not cook food …they would only do drinks.
I went there yesterday after drop my car off across the street on a snow night it was 7:45 pm and the girl after sees me walking in close the door and told me to go to the drive-thru , I was waiting at the door to ask why they're closing for walking in if is not 8pm yet. I was waiting for my employee to pick me up outside the door and trying to contact them. It was two arrogant girls, they starting filming me and close all the curtains.
After my ride came I went down on the drive-thru and order , as they saw me they delay my order and when they came recording again, I asked why they close for walk-in if was not 8 pm yet? Let me stand in the cold for 15 min and I don't know why . After sip my coffee it was barely warm, what a poor experience.

I don’t understand how every time I order a medium hot drink, my drink never is filled up to the top and it’s always cold. Not coming back to this location anymore.

Dunkin is great. No complaints they rarely fail. But giving this branch 1 star for the manager. She’s snobby for no reason, never smiles and constantly argues. Not customer friendly at all. Employees are good but look miserable and I can tell why. I don’t need all that before having my coffee, not coming in again

I’ve been at 312 maple st at the drive thru from Dunkin’s and there was an employee charging at the window that treated me so rude, showed me her finger at the window and my whole family got shocked about that situation, we were having a good time and she left me embarrassed in front of everyone, we’ll never come back there cause the costumer service was bad

I went down to use the bathroom for two minutes, a cafeteria worker comes aggressively knocking on the door and tells me that I have to move my truck because otherwise she won't sell me food. I'm only here for two minutes and I want a coffee and she mistreats me and she tells me that she's not going to sell for employees so the businesses will go bankrupt? ????
