Dang this coffee is good! Restroom was clean. I was frustrated because I had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh pot of dark roast, while my man was impatiently waiting in the car for me, but I was all smiles again after I took my first sip. Perfect amt of milk and sugar too (cashier added). Thanks Dunkin!

7 cars waiting in drive dru behind me. They left me waiting a while at the speaker. Cars started beeping. I finally ordered, and when I pulled up, the girl at the window was on her personal phone talking on the phone. So unprofessional.. the people behind her were clearly working hard inside with inside orders. It was really busy she shouldn't have been on her phone.

Do not and I repeat do not come here during busy hours or you will be waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru lane with no way out. 2 other locations near by have closed down for renovations and they are the only drive thru in the busy area. With the influx of heavy traffic the employees are not on their toes working hard they work at a turtles pace

Clean place. Fast service. It's a Dunkins, not a five star restaurant. The people were nice and working as fast as they could on holiday.
I base my reviews on mobility impaired access. the drive-thru automatically qualifies. The scenery being across from the reservoir is beautiful, and the staff is efficient and friendly.

I guess dunkin have become over priced food and beverages, I came in for my favorite everything bagle and let me tell you I paid $3.41 for a bagle toasted with cream cheese, bagle was awful this was not everything it was more like nothing plain bagle, it was not as big as I remember, dunkin had the best everything bagle, very disappointed, BJS bagle is alot batter and cheaper, ill keep going to cumbs for my coffee, sorry dunkin you just got too expensive and quality downgraded

They should not offer a drive through as a simple order took me over 25 minutes to complete. Outrageous.

This is the closest Dunkin' Donuts in that area. The service was fairly decent. Fast, and they got my order acurate. The negative part: this location is when exting, you can only take a right turn. I had to drive almost a mile down to make a u turn to go back towards the town hall.

10 minute wait in lobby just to receive coffee that tasted like water and cream not even butter pecan syrup as I requested. Nice cashier but everyone else looked incompetent, confused, and employee handling my coffee cup wiped his face and touched my lid. Fancy remodel that's good to look at but full of unprofessional work ethics. Best coffee and full size doughnuts at Gormet Doughnuts in Hudson on Main Street.
