Dunkin'

First impression when I walked in with my family was that the place was so hot that we would have to take our order to go as opposed to dining in.
The cashier was wonderful as she took our order and gave us our donuts. However, the worker behind the hot food station was not as efficient. I watched as she made our sandwiches, all the while touching everything with while wearing protective gloves, including our food!
She completed the sandwiches and set them aside. When I politely asked if those were mine, she said no. In the meantime, the sandwiches are sitting (unwrapped) on the counter while she proceeded to stock her station and make additional sandwiches. After @6 minutes later, she wrapped the sandwiches and then handed them to me. Really?! Someone needs serious retraining! Not worth the trip back.

horrible service. coffee taste like water or burnt. the employees give you attitudes at all times. never welcoming or thank you have a good day. I will not be going to this dunkin’ anymore.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a pick up order. Got to store 20 minutes after ordering and still not ready! waited 10 more minutes in the store on my for a lady to ask me what my order was. When I showed her the receipt she said ok and walked away only to do nothing about it. 5 minutes later a guy working there asked me what i was waiting for? I told him my receipt number and name on order and he looked it up and filled the order without explanation. I've been going to this DD for 12+ years and it has gotten worse and worse over the years. This is my last time there, which stinks because it's less than a 1/4 mile from my house.

The most sweetest girl I know who I truly did miss well she was gone after she had a baby miss ivy she a hard worker always get my things right always have a smile on her face then most people at this store i can say she should be a manger or something in your company she keep people coming i left but i will be coming back for my food and coffee knowing she backthank you ivy for coming back

I am convinced this location has the longest drive through average time in the entire state of Massachusetts. As a former AM, The DM needs to get into this store and train their team. It’s shameful.

To the guy who made my and other people's sandwiches this morning, you decided to use your glove wearing hands to lift up your black T-shirt and pull up your jeans, and went back to making sandwiches without changing gloves, you are just too gross. I thrown my sandwich out. To the store manager, your staff need some serious training for food handling.
