The food is amazing. I've lived and eaten in Texas, St Louis, Memphis, New Orleans, etc. The BBQ obviously has passion and the pit master is attentive. The smoked appetizer wings are smokey but MOIST! Great initial crunch of the fried wing you want but then a super juicy meaty bite like you wouldn't believe. I got the combo 2 meat for my entree. Such a great experience here last night! We had never been, and the food, drinks, service… All literally perfect. Jason was our server and he knew about every single item on the menu, answered all of our questions, made a few helpful suggestions, and was just really great to us.
