I went in for my free members birthday Sunday in one of the workers was socializing with me like we knew each other for years telling me her dad does the same thing is very sweet I like when they relate to you I want to waitresses down with you it shows that they really care

I ordered online and picked it up at the drive through. The fribble was made expertly, coffee ice cream with coffee syrup and death by chocolate or whatever it's called ice cream. It was ready and waiting just for lil ol me. It's Friendly's, what were you expecting??

Funny how I told the waiter I would give him a 10$ tip but my wife convinced me to do otherwise and I clearly sign 8.49$ yet was charged 10.49$🤔🤔 didn't understand that but will get to the bottom of it stay tuned

They don't have enough people to serve. And they no longer serve breakfast. I'm not sure how long ago they stopped serving breakfast but it was very disappointing driving all the way there and no breakfast.

Ordered two things, waitress got both of them wrong. I grew up with friendly's and know it's in bad shape, so I only eat here oncta year or so and it's always bad. Small portions and bad service. This time around was just painful. Hope the new owners open up in Hudson and close this store. Get things right.

Foods fine but they dont check who is picking up what order. Once we got the wrong food delivered and once we had an order cancelled because someone else picked up our order and the kitchen refused to make another order to compensate.

Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely food! Went here to celebrate a raise at work and, despite some mix-ups with my order (sorry about all the changes 😅), excellent service and a great throwback to my childhood! Hope you stick around—we need a good Friendly's in Mass! 🦞🍝

I've been many times to Friendly's. This last time I went I ordered chicken wings with the special sauce and a buffalo wrap with fries and then had a Fribble for dessert. So the chicken wings were pretty good until I bit into one and it was ice cold and frozen in the inside. I brought it up to the server, she apologized and then she allegedly talked to the kitchen. She came back and said that she was sorry that happened and that the wings are precooked so that it wasn't raw but under. Got a $2.55 discount of the total bill. Everything else was good though
