Gerardos Bakery Marlborough

On 2 -3 occasions quality of the bakery item was awful. Twice the cookies tasted like cleaning product. It was the same smell in the air when I walked in.
Also bought a bday cake off the shelf that looked beautiful, but taste was below average. Should have asked for a refund as prices are not cheap. Subpar - won’t be back.

The italian cream puff I got was pretty stale unfortunately. I’m giving five stars because the cannoli was delicious and service was fast and friendly! Just go for the more popular items if you want yours to be fresh — they do have a wide selection so I’m guessing not everything is made that day and I got unlucky. Prices were very reasonable.

Tried Gerardo's for the first time today and it's amazing! I'm not usually a fan of cannolis, but I tried theirs and wow-- that's a good cannoli.
I can't wait to try some of their other things. Great pastries, great people. Highly recommend.

Called over the phone the days ahead to place birthday cake order for my mom. Sent some pictures and they delivered just that. The cake was beautiful ready on time and tasted amazing!!

I got my birthday cake here and they were able to recreate everything that I wanted with the reference photos I gave! The fillings were really great and my friends all loved it too! I recommend the fresh strawberries with ricotta filling to anyone who needs recommendations!! I will definitely be coming back for my next birthdays and to also try their other pastries in store!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gerardo‘s bakery in Marlborough and I must say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed by the warm, inviting aroma, a freshly bake goods, it’s an experience that instantly brings a smile to your face. The selection of pastries, cakes, and cannolis is nothing short of impressive. Everything is crafted with such care and attention to detail. The chocolate lobster tail was melt in your mouth perfection flaky, buttery, with just the right balance of sweetness. The Apple turnover had a perfect golden crust and a soft and sweet inside that’s hard to beat. You can tell they use only the finest ingredients and it truly shines through in the taste. This customer service is also top-notch. The staff is friendly knowledgeable, and always eager to offer a recommendation or share the story behind their latest favorites. It’s clear that they are passionate about what they do and it made that visit feel special. Whether you’re looking for a pick me up, a treat for an afternoon break, or a celebratory cake for a special occasion, Gerardos is a must visit! Fruit tart crust was way too hard, no custard, only whipped cream. Cannoli small, a little too hard crust, filling not interesting. I will make my own deserts next time.

Stopped in to Gerardo's for the first time while passing through town.

All of the cases were chuck full of pastries, cookies, and pies - it was quite a sight to behold.

We stocked up on some cannabis, cookies and tiramisu. All were delicious.

Service was good, and they were busy, too. It's a small place, but we found everything we were looking for.

I'm not sure what happened but this place used to be great. I was in town to visit family and decided to stop by because I used to love Gerado's. On a $40 order only ONE item was fresh. The cheesecakes were hard, the cupcakes were hard, and the cakes were hard. If you want fresh bakery items I would suggest going somewhere else.
