I'm not sure what happened but this place used to be great. I was in town to visit family and decided to stop by because I used to love Gerado's. On a $40 order only ONE item was fresh. The cheesecakes were hard, the cupcakes were hard, and the cakes were hard. If you want fresh bakery items I would suggest going somewhere else.

Not from marlborough ,had dinner at 110 grill it was amazing the waiter told us about Gerardos , we walk in the place and it looks and smells amazing I'm ready to spend $$$ on desert but the attitude was awful server yawned and scratched her face 3 times then grabbed my canoli with bare hands when I asked for her to put gloves on and give me a different one she did but basically through it into box I just told my family let's go

Gerardo's never Disappoints! We had a Delicious and Beautiful Chocolate Birthday Cake for August 10 and I have to say Thank You to Gerardo's for making the day that much better! Happy Customer ☺️

Half our family is Gluten Free so having both options is so nice! The GF Cherry bomb was Amazing as well at the cannolis. We will definitely be back! My Only complaint is that there is no opportunity to tip on the card. I will definitely bring cash next time to tip.

Nice bakery, with plenty of variety and at a decent price. I am sad that we cannot tip using our card. It is a simple fix and i hope the manager can do something about it. We don’t always carry cash and your employees miss out.

I ordered cupcakes for Easter. They fell apart, and crumbled away leaving only the frosting. They were all like that. I was so embarrassed and very disappointed in Gerardo’s. They used to be very good, now I probably won’t take the chance of going back.

I order two cakes from here for my sister birthday.For one of them, I showed them 3 pictures and I told them I am sooo sensitive and want my cake to be exactly like the picture. They chose one, and promised me. The shape was matched but the color…. I couldn’t be more disappointed. And the worse part was they didn’t accept they messed up and they said it’s a reference picture that doesn’t mean we will make the cake like that.Are you kidding me????!!!!! So why I bother to decide it with you guys! And they again said we are not decorating bakery, so why you accept the order?? I could go somewhere elseBesides thatI asked for strawberry shortcake which is one of their usual. And they kindly gave me the old one and as soon as I took it home (5 minutes driving) it started to fall apart and the cream taste sour!!

Company vehicle passing on a double solid yellow line in the center of Princeton. After the van passed the continued driving away at double the speed limit. Best part it’s on dash cam and will be uploaded after.
