Visited during Chinese New Year and it was such a fun experience. They had festive decorations and even gave out random red envelopes with gift cards inside, which was a really nice surprise. The food was fresh and the staff were very friendly. Definitely a great local spot and we’ll be back!
Ist time visit around 6pm for dinner. Unimpressive decor. Place looks old & beat up. Bar area full of loud patrons & we were seated at table in main room. Only a few other diners. . I ordered vege egg foo yong which was 3 huge patties covered in a shiny dark brown gravy. I suspect gravy made with cornstarch & soy sauce. Slightly bitter & not tasty. Veges in patties were crisp but spoiled by flavor of overpowering taste of soy in gravy which I scraped off food....
Ginger G is always delicious when visiting bar. Drink is always good as well but I’m most impressed with their delivery that I was skeptical about... I was wrong, showed up on time, hot and as good as in-house. Hats off !!
