9 out of 10 times I specifically say chive cream cheese just to get home with plain cream cheese. Very frustrating especially when you specify it multiple times and even asked at the window and they say yes.

Coming from the Land of Dunkin' and The Donut Connection here in South Jersey... I discovered the calorically enhanced Treats of Honey Dew Donut Shop in New England as I traveled through Rhode Island and Massachusetts. A greater selection of both Donuts, Hot & Cold Coffees & Teas; plus a wide range of Breakfast Meals... including a "Breakfast-in-a-Cup" with Eggs, Potatoes, Meat & Cheese served hot in a large Paper Cup that is easy to eat while you're on-the-go! The place was very clean & the Staff were polite & helpful, as I was a "Newbie"; they even let me have a few Sampkes!

I went to this location and was waiting my turn inline but when I was next a person came in to pick up a for a delivery service.I was immediately brushed aside so four people could help fill this order.When I voiced my displeasure I was told that these deliveries get their priority service.After being a regular customer to this location for 10 years, they will never see me back.Walk in customers seem to be the lowest priority to them under the drive through or delivery app drivers.

Nice staff and good variety of food and drink options. My issue is with ordering in the store. The way they handle the process is completely absurd. The person ringing you in is also the same person making your drinks. She seemed all over the place and kept forgetting what I had just told her. It literally took 20 minutes from start to finish from when I walked in the door til when I had all my items. There was only two people in front of me in line, I can’t believe it took so long! It is always like this when you come inside, it’s painfully slow. Drive thru only for me from now on!

The coffee is not the same as it was 3 years it is a Counterfeit coffee substitute like those found in vending machines at a factory. Not to mention the food is all processed with artificial.
