Popped into this place with work colleagues for lunch, having heard the food was good and it did not disappoint.
If you have never visited before like I hadn’t this place is what I would describe as a posh subway style sandwich shop, where you get to pick your choice of filling and watch the staff make up your order. However this is way better.
The bread is fresh and you can choose from small, medium or large sizes. I opted for the small and it was more than enough for a lunch time snack. There are a huge selection of fillings ranging from steak, chicken but I went for the classic tuna. These are filled up and then toasted. You can order soup and drinks as sides and either order to go or sit in.
The seating area is nice and spacious and the atmosphere is really nice and relaxing, there is plenty of parking right outside, albeit expect this retail park at peak times could get busy. Staff were really friendly and grateful for your custom.
So would highly recommend checking this place out or other locations within this chain. Hoping they make it to the UK where I am from.

We LOVE Hot Table! I have one problem, I loved the Pesto Veggie My Way (I have the Pesto Mayo, Mozzarella and Provolone with Grilled Peppers, Mushrooms, Lettuce, Tomato and Crispy Onions) and I love it so much I have not been able to try anything else. But one day Ill get to order something else. My friend loves the Tuna Melt and every time she visita us, we have to take her there. We’re a little sad the Framingham location closed. But this location is not that far. Their Mac&Cheese is OK, and please get one of those Brown Butter Rice Krispies! They’re amazing.
Place was clean, restrooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Ordering pressed sandwiches to go . person making orders was very irritable and was a manager wearing a black company shirt and no name tag unlike the rest of the staff who wore red shorts and tags . Ordered four sandwiches and decided against a fourth as she did not want to take time to ask if I wanted other items on that order other orders she did the same as if it were an inconvenience for her having to make and even got size of one wrong and charged us for larger one . Customer service absolutely was not like previous visits and under this current direction I would steer clear of this establishment as she clearly is not suited to be front line leader or server .

I have always enjoyed the food from Hot Table but the service at this location has to be by far the worst when it comes to pick up orders! It is never on time as to when it says to be there for pick up. When I do arrive I am usually waiting another 20-30 minutes while they prepare orders for walk in customers and clear out that line. Only then did they come over to those of us that had been standing by the empty pick up shelf for some time with out being addressed and ask us our names and start to prepare our orders. Not sure what the point of ordering online is? When they finally got to me I asked for a refund explaining I did not have any more time to wait for my meal and needed to return to work. The one young lady working the register said she would need to get the manager to submit the refund. When the manager arrived she proceeded to give me a gift card. I explained that this was the 3rd time trying to place an online order only to be met with horrible service, I requested the refund back to my credit card and said I will not be returning.
