I was told my online order would be ready at 5:10, by the time I walked out of the store it was 5:40. The store was busy, but walkin orders were completed before mine was. Once I got home I discovered my order was incorrect, I had 2 cheese steaks and was completely missing my Italian. I had only ordered 1. This will be my second complaint regarding that store, as my first complaint was acknowledged but never answered, there have been other mistakes in the past, but you can only hold your breath for so long.

I visited the Jersey Mikes on Marlborough Boston Post Rd today around 7PM and was disappointed by the poor customer service from three particular employees. While the lady working there is always polite and professional, the skinny tall guy serving today displayed a consistently unpleasant attitude. I clearly ask for a ham and cheese sandwich and when I got home and opened the sandwich was only salad. Very disappointed cause this is the first time I have received bad customer service at this particular store. @upper management if you are going to be hired kids make sure they have matters and good customer service skills.

Got the Italian bowl and I am wicked happy about it! I’ve missed eating subs having celiac and THIS option is great! Your GF bread is okay and this option is much better IMHO. Great service and fresh ingredients. Nice job team. Thank you.

Just want to thank the GM Cam, Josh and Yuriel for a great experience. From the moment I walked in, we all had a great conversation while they prepared my sub. And despite some technical issues with the register, which they fixed quickly, they were able to get me in and out quickly and with a few laughs. Very enjoyable! Thanks, guys
