Planett Pizza (Lake Williams Pizza)

I was there for lunch with family, there were no customers there and the attendant showed no interest in answering, she stayed on the phone and didn't answer us. I have good recommendations for the place, but the service from these employees was not great.

We order a pepperoni pizza and we order a Brazilian pizza with bacon and cheese. We’re really excited to taste because people been talking about this Pizzeria like there’s not a bunch of friends been giving us the runaround and telling us we should come and taste this food so we’re really excited and looking forward For the final decision of my wife she is a hard critic, but I’m pretty sure everything I’ve been hearing and everybody been talking about this place

DISASTER!!!! The one and only time I ordered pizza from this place was a total disaster. I placed an order directly on their website, paid, and within less than five minutes, my order was canceled with a message saying my money would be refunded within three days. I called the store to find out what had happened, and the answer I got was, "This is an issue with the website domain, it's not our fault." Seriously? I then asked how I would get my money back and who I should talk to, but the answer remained the same: "The website domain team."

This is beyond absurd; it’s a clear sign of unprepared and disrespectful service. How am I supposed to deal with the website domain people? I have my order number, my bank statement showing the charge, my order was canceled for no reason, and it's somehow my problem? This is the worst kind of customer service. I don't believe the customer is always right, but what just happened was outrageous neglect. I spent over $60, and who knows when I’ll get my money back. This establishment is a complete disaster.

This kind of behavior only drives customers away. The least a business can do is take responsibility for any issues related to their service. Passing the blame to someone else and washing their hands of the situation shows a complete lack of commitment to the customer. I was looking for a solution, not a blame game. Disappointing from start to finish. I will never return, and I certainly don’t recommend it to anyone.

Stomach ache after eating food. Pizza was wet at bottom and cold ($24) , chicken wings tiny ($10), churros under cooked (10), I ordered a spaghetti and meatballs and got sent the smallest meatball sub ever ($13). Over priced bad food! First and last time ordering from here.

OMG I have always liked to try local pizzas, sometimes you get good surprises, Planett Pizza is definitely one of them. We ordered the house special wow ?. I recommend it ?

11/10 food. Just downright amazing. So good the Italians are very jealous. Service was soo nice. Some ac would be pretty nice though. But otherwise. Highly recommend

Awesome pizzas! The owner brought me the new thin crust so I could try, for free. Such a nice family running this place!

First time ordering from here. Ordered a small hamburger pepperoni pizza cost $17 yikes
And just as Brian said it was definitely a precooked cheese pizza that they just heated up and threw toppings on. the hamburger looked like pea size meatballs never saw hamburger look like that maybe 3 on each slice and the cheese was hard there was No sauce at all never again!!

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, what I got was clearly a precooked cheese pizza that they threw back into the oven with toppings on. It had one layer of solidified cheese underneath the new hot toppings. Seriously bad. This place has gone way down hill. Will NEVER order from here again which is disappointing because it's right around the corner.

Great service, quality food. The pizza is awesome and they also offer some Brazilian burgers and Sweet pizzas. Must try Bites on to go (mini salgadinhos). Great place!
