Called to take an order and when I showed up at the location to pick it up they literally forgot to make it and told I could wait 20min… and the place was empty.

I stopped by Planett Pizza this afternoon to try their house specialty pizza, which so many of my friends had recommended — and I totally regret not coming sooner! It was simply amazing! So flavorful, and I ordered it with the stuffed Catupiry crust — it was perfect! The service was wonderful too! Thank you, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to all my friends!

There food is awesome but the services is terrible this is the 5 time we call there and have to wait 4-5 minutes to get the order also sometimes call need to call 3 times. We sometimes can hear the workers playing with each other while they are attending us clients on the phone and that made us spend our money to get 2 times our order wrong.

We love the food at this place but the service is horrible!

We order the pizza they give us a 40 minute wait, we get there the pizza takes an additional 20 minutes. We ordered another time same thing happened to the point where we started arriving 20 minutes after the time and it was still late!

We get enjoying your time while working, but it’s been multiple times of me or family coming into the store and the ladies working at night have horrible service, you come in they don’t greet you, they’d rather finish their talk than to say welcome in or to just say would you like to place an order/ what order are you picking up.

Every time we call something is going on, staff is laughing with each other while we are trying to place an order, another occasion I was in the car ordering and the lady on the phone was talking so much to her coworkers that she asked 5 times to confirm my order( I should’ve checked the box at the store before leaving) I get home and it was 2 wrong pizzas.

I just called to order a pizza and got put on hold for 5 minutes. It was the last time, the person on the phone was the OWNER! And he said I will let the owner know about your complaint.

I told him on the phone this is really sad because their pizza tastes great but their service really needs working on.

The food is great! But the customer service is terrible, every time they ask me to wait 1 minute and they take like 5 minutes( they aren’t busy, they are just playing with the others coworkers), my family really loves the food but I really think you guys should take care of the customer service.

Look dont get me get me wrong they're pizza is amazing but costumer service sometimes ain't it, I called at 9:19 to make a order for pick up (they close at 10) i understand its almost closing time but i used to work with pizza, takes 20min max to bake a pizza on an oven, like I said food is amazing but costumer service is lacking a little, they put me on hold till the store closed, then they hanged up on me.

The restaurant has no idea how to make a margherita pizza. It should be mostly sauce with some basil and little fresh mozzarella. It should not be covered in shredded mozzarella. In general, their pizzas have not nearly enough tomato sauce and way too much cheese and the dough is undercooked. I will not order from them again. They need a pizza lesson from some Italians. Not good pizza.
