NINA was so amazing every time we come she treats us like family. The best customer service we ever had and we will always take our business here ! Thank you so much for being a caring and sweet person
Excellent service and delicious food.
Update: May 2025: I'd still say 4/5. The lamb chops were delicious, even my young child enjoyed having some of my lamb chops. But I ordered a fried app onion and no one brought it out! The meals came without the app so I asked the server delivering the food (different person brings out the food) to cancel the app fried onion because I didn't want it if my meals were here now. The app didn't even come out with the meals. The waiter was nice but he might want to check on apps because the bigger the bill the bigger the tip. Dollar store is now gone next door. Replaced by a liquor store. Still in Hannaford plaza, but I hear Hannaford is leaving soon.
Older review : Decent local steakhouse. Tucked next to Dollar tree in the Hannaford plaza. Not 5 stars because many times steak will be under or overcooked. Also, if they ask if you want pepper on the steak say no. They had a problem with over peppering steaks because when I complained that I couldn't eat the steak because it was like someone dumped a whole pepper shaker on it, waiter said many have complained about the pepper. Last visit no one asked about pepper so maybe they did away with asking and putting pepper on steaks. Disappointed they got rid of the porterhouse for 2 meal, which was a great deal if you were ok with sharing with the person you were dining with. If looking for steak I would recommend this location because they do have a variety of steak and price options. Also call ahead seating is available!
A favorite!
Surprising visit for sure. We've been to the Longhorn many times (Marlborough), and aside from an occasional overcooked steak, it's been a good overall experience. Not recently! They have flipped the script! Granted, it was the day before Mother's Day, but there was still no wait when we arrived. A list of things went wrong. I'll leave out the smaller ones. We ordered an appetizer (the tunion), and it came quickly. The first problem was that it was so salty that it was gross. Once we found the lad serving, he said he could replace it no problem. Okay. Another tunion was brought quickly. Great - not over-salted, spiced. As we began eating, there were unchewable onion peels in several of the deep-fried petals. Seriously... The steak tips I always order were well done, not medium well. Small oversight for me, but the onions were limp, undercooked and saturated with grease. They are usually blackened and crisp. These were gross. I felt embarrassed at that point. I mentioned it cordially at the end, but didn't return them. No concession was made for anything. The waiter responded, Yeah, the tips are usually not like that. I know what you mean, but these things do happen in a less-than-perfect world... An unnecessarily bad dining experience for sure.
Last 2 times I've been here, the steaks were cooked perfectly. I tried the small filet mignon and then the strip steak ($17). Honestly, for the price it's perfect. I don't like spending $50+ on a fancy steak house. Great service and the rest of the meal was great also. Chocolate cake for dessert that served 4! I'll be back
Longhorn is my favorite restaurant so I go often, I'm only visiting the area but was blown away by the amazing service compared to the one back home. Each staff member who passed us greeted us, they were all very friendly & kind. Our food was ready fast. My 12 year old son even commented after our food was brought out that it was very fast. If his basketball comes back out this way again, we'll definitely stay in this area to go back again!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our group was served by a Brazilian waitress who made a discriminatory comment, saying, “it’s very difficult to deal with Brazilians.” From the beginning, we felt unwelcome.
Our orders were incorrect, including one for a friend who was celebrating her birthday and has a serious bell pepper allergy — yet her dish came with bell peppers. The waitress showed visible frustration and lack of willingness to assist us properly.
As Brazilian immigrants, we expect to be treated with the same respect as any other customer. I hope the management takes this seriously so no one else has to go through such a disrespectful experience.
Great steak menu. Lots of choices and never had a bad meal. Service is always exceptional.
Angel is a wonderful server. We have had the pleasure of his service twice now for our family of 15-17. He was very friendly and provided excellent service. We hope to have him serve us again on our next visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and delicious food; everything was excellent. It makes us want to return! Thanks so much again Angel!!!💖🩷❤️

Awesome food. Our server was great.
Went on Easter Sunday since we were away from family in preparation for the Boston Marathon the next day. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be in a contest to see who could serve us faster. Everyone was super helpful and the food was excellent!
Delicious food
Service sucked. Hostess, an older woman, was only friendly to certain guests.
Always a fantastic steak always fantastic service and dollar for dollar better than the more expensive steak houses. Love the sangria as well!
