This was the first time ordering from this location, as I was told many times the delivery service is not so great and pizza often arrives cold. I figured I would give it a try. I ordered a couple of pizzas and after waiting for an hour, I contacted the location and was told the driver would be leaving in 5 minutes. I offered to pick up the pizza and was told no, it’s ok, the pizza would be ready soon (meaning it wasn’t even ready after an hour) and the driver should be delivering soon. I waited for 30 minutes and am told I was now “picking up” the pizza and the driver didn’t take mine. Terrible phone service etiquette. Didn’t offer to remedy any situation or apology. I will never order from here again.

9/6/2025. Ordered online. Got a tornado alert. Called to tell them to deliver later in the evening once it was safe. They showed up as the tornado storm was hitting. That 20% tip wasn't enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've ordered from Pizzarella over 10 times and it's just inconsistent. Sometimes their pizza is crispy and good, other times it tastes like cardboard. We tried some of their appetizers today and while the mozzarella sticks were good, they were nearly $2 a piece which is ridiculous. (7 for $14.95!!!) Chicken tenders were flavorless and overcooked. Really want to love this place but not willing to waste any more money.

Just don’t. Very disappointing to spend money on dinner because you don’t wanna cook and there isn’t a drop of flavor in the godfather pizza. And the cheesesteak calzone was not even melted correctly the cheese was thick and crumbly.

I have found the food to always be exceptional. When ordering online through Door Dash, there is no way to add notes/requests. Luckily, I went to pick up the order and asked them to remove the marinara sauce as we don't use it. I hate to waste food.

I recently placed an order with Pizza and was extremely disappointed with the quality and service. We ordered the kib, yuca fries, French fries, jerked beef, and top sirloin cap. Unfortunately, the top sirloin cap was composed of 50% fat, leaving us with very little actual steak, and it was overcooked despite our request for medium-rare. The jerked beef was charred and entirely unseasoned, while the kib had an inexplicable cinnamon flavor. The rice and beans were satisfactory, but the portion sizes for everything we ordered were significantly smaller than depicted online. Considering we spent $80, the overall experience was far below expectations. Regrettably, I do not plan on returning.
