Just don’t. Very disappointing to spend money on dinner because you don’t wanna cook and there isn’t a drop of flavor in the godfather pizza. And the cheesesteak calzone was not even melted correctly the cheese was thick and crumbly.

I have found the food to always be exceptional. When ordering online through Door Dash, there is no way to add notes/requests. Luckily, I went to pick up the order and asked them to remove the marinara sauce as we don't use it. I hate to waste food.

I recently placed an order with Pizza and was extremely disappointed with the quality and service. We ordered the kib, yuca fries, French fries, jerked beef, and top sirloin cap. Unfortunately, the top sirloin cap was composed of 50% fat, leaving us with very little actual steak, and it was overcooked despite our request for medium-rare. The jerked beef was charred and entirely unseasoned, while the kib had an inexplicable cinnamon flavor. The rice and beans were satisfactory, but the portion sizes for everything we ordered were significantly smaller than depicted online. Considering we spent $80, the overall experience was far below expectations. Regrettably, I do not plan on returning.

My steaks were as small as my knife and almost 1/2 fat . Both together weighed less then 3.5 ounces .

Terrible! It's embarrassing, the employees seem like they're doing you a favor, and with great unwillingness! They are extremely hostile! They should treat people better! And the owner should review this, as there are dozens of reviews talking about the same point! It's horrible to arrive at a place to relax and which, by the way, costs a lot and be attended to by a bunch of people with hateful faces!

We went to dinner at this restaurant, but the air conditioning wasn't working. As it was very hot, I decided not to dine in and ordered my order to go. When the bill arrived, I was shocked at the price, and to make matters worse, there was an 18% tip fee, even though I ordered the order to go. It was absurd. I demanded my money back and refused the food as I had waited over an hour for it to be ready. The manager refused to give my money back, so I left without the food because I'm going to ask for a refund at the bank. However, I would like to highlight that the girls who serve were always super polite and kind. The only one who should leave is the manager, as he was out of patience and I believe that when you work with people, you need to have the gift of dealing with them. The place seems to be in decline and I will never go back.

Terrible. Will never go back. Bacon on BLT smelled funny and didn’t look normal. Tomatoes were mushy. Burger sub had wafer thin patties. Even the chips they have were terrible.

We ordered takeout - cheese pizza, wings with buffalo sauce and mozzarella sticks delivered. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Online ordering was very easy and the service was fast from the time we ordered to the time it was delivered. We’ve never had a bad meal here!
