I’m so glad I found this restaurant!! I love everything I’ve ordered from them so far. I’ve been getting meals at least 2 to 3 x a week. Really delicious!! The pizzas, salads and the kebabs are amazing :)

I am new to the area and have been having a hard time finding a good pizza place. I came upon pleasant pizza and once I called the girl who answered the phone was very polite and patient with my order as I ordered a few things off the menu. Once I came to pick up pizza the girl who answered the phone was just as pleasant in person I believe her name Was Sharon. She made sure I had everything I ordered and even helped me to my car. Not only was the service great but the food was awesome as well. Definitely will be ordering from this pizza shop at least once a week

Every time I walk in to pick up an order, the staff genuinely seems to be enjoying themselves and actually welcoming to the customers. Food is great too and they are flexible with splitting pies.

Made an online order at 8:53 for 9:30 Thur pickup, the latest their online system would allow. Called at 9:00, we might be slightly delayed. Open til after 10, not a big deal. This call was a full 30 minutes before actual pickup. They told me my order was already ready…7 minutes after I placed the order AND a full 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup.
How long was my small pizza sitting around? What leftover food was added to my calzone? The sub and fries have been sitting around getting soggy for how long? And the tenders could be from this morning. Who knows.
I get this probably happens every damn day with timing of on line orders BUT polite staff may be able to “hide” it. In this case, the rudeness and cavalier “your foods ready” 30 minutes early is what made me write this review. I guess my advice is when you place an order for ‘future’ pickup (more than I’m on my way), they don’t actually respect that and they will make it asap and let it sit regardless of your order. Maybe I’m naive. I can only imagine if it was 1pm and I placed an order for dinner time pick up. ?♀️

Are in town from Ohio and ordered pizza and wings delivered to our hotel. The pizza was really really good. I’d highly recommend it and would order it often if I was local. I’d pass on the wings, because I don’t care for the type they were, but the pizza I’d order all day long.

Ordered a pizza for takeout, was met with a hostile environment, my pregnant fiancé went inside to pick up our order and the cashier threatened her out of the blue and wished ill on our unborn child, what kind of people is this place hiring….nobody should deal with this never coming here again we threw out the pizza for suspicion something had been done to it

My favorite local place. The pizza has that perfect greasy, cheesy taste I really want from a good slice. The rest of the menu is just as solid, and it is clear the cooks take time to ensure the food is prepared and presented well. Whether I'm ordering delivery, picking up at the store, or grabbing a bite in person, the staff always provides the best pizza in Marlborough quickly and professionally.

I ordered a chicken tender meal plate and when I got home it was chicken wings on the bone. I called back and they didn’t even offer to deliver the chicken tenders. I inquired since I have to drive back will you give me fries again also. They said no. Really that is your customer service for a loyalty member to not even give fries I mean how much do they cost when you expect your customer to drive back because your employee entered the order wrong. Lost a customer. Will never go back.
I got a Delivery order of a Tuna Melt and fries. It came and the bread was hard and both sides were covered in mayo, in addition to the tuna already being soaked in mayo. The tuna was spilling out of the bread when I picked it up it slid out and was all over the place. What a mess!! A $14 waste of a sandwich I couldn't even eat.

Had a pleasant experience with Pleasant Pizza tonight. Ordered 3 pizzas, with delivery. They’ve always been very trustworthy with our food allergies. I mistakenly overpaid the delivery person an extra $20 dollars. I had no clue. He came back a few minutes later to let me know. I appreciated the honesty. The Highlander pizza with sausage and ricotta was great.
