A man in a plaid shirt stole my wallet at Raising Caine's in Marlborough, Ma. last night. The manager stated he SAW the thief steal my wallet, so it is mind boggling why he NEVER alerted myself or anyone else! The thief is seen on CCTV stealing my wallet and running outside with his young son ( around 10? ) & fleeing in a Blue Nissan Rogue which a woman who had been waiting for them was driving. Our house recently burned down and many precious friends donated gift cards so we could buy necessities ... they were All In my wallet! The restaurant is refusing to post the thiefs photo on social media to see if any locals recognize him . Although they caught everything on camera, they refuse to do ANYTHING to help locate the thief who is robbing their customers. If anyone has any information, PLEASE CONTACT Officer Kyle Caissie w/ Marlborough Police Dept. Asap.

Love the sauce for the chicken and lemonade

Drive through design is terrible, the people in the drive through line completely block the second lane to leave the resturant. There needs to be much more clear signage or markings to denote the exit lane vs the drive through lane. Never coming here again.

We just had the worst experience at this location. The drive-thru line was crazy so we decided to go inside and sit down. When we walked inside we had to go around all the tables to get in line, and proceed to wait at least 10-15 minutes before ordering. There was only one girl working the register but many people in the kitchen doing nothing…I don’t mind it being busy as long as the staff is keeping up with it, which they weren’t. For two meals and one to-go we waited just about 30 minutes for our food, and when we went to grab it, the staff member helping us put a meal in a bag switched places with another person and walked away leaving us standing there with no more help. I LOVE the food here for sure, but the service was absolutely awful :(

Chicken is delicious, but the drive thru and parking situation is VERY tight. Confusing entrance/exit and clearly not a big enough lot.

This location had great service and friendly staff. I am unsure what it could be for the sweet tea or lemonade, it’s off from what I am used to in Texas. However the food was hot and fresh, great tasting just like I get it in Texas.
