Saffron is a beautiful restaurant for locals of Worcester and surrounding towns. The food and the ambience is soothing and the menu has a wide range for both Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarian.
Kalpesh Ji made the experience even more welcoming with his warm gestures and caring nature.
Would suggest Saffron to anyone and everyone in and around the place!

Best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food is delicious and the owner comes out to greet every table.

My daughter and I decided to try saffron. Everything was very quite good. She had a Mango lassi and I started with a drink. Both were delicious. The decor was nice and restaurant was clean. I highly recommend the garlic basil Naan. Like do not miss it! Wonderful! Crunchy, soft, garlicky and soft. So good! I had the butter chicken.. it could have been spicier.. We also had rice pudding dessert. Very cardamomy!

We came for their lunch buffet. The selection was good, and including some Indo-Chinese dishes. I particular enjoyed their dahl, and I appreciated that the curries were not sweet as can happen in suburban Indian restaurants. Staff was attentive, and service was prompt.

We were a group of four and the food was amazing. We tried Cut Mirchi, Chicken Manchow soup, Yellow Chilli veg balls, Aloo tikki chat, Garlic & Bullet naan, Jalfrezi Paneer, Tandoori chicken, Angoori Malai and Shahi tukda. Cut mirchi was spicy but was good enough for us. Staff were super friendly and their hospitality was good. All the food items were good and worth.

Vegetarian options: Authentic taste and highly satisfactory hospitality. Food is awesome than anywhere else. The staff is friendly and the owner is super doper cool. I love the atmosphere and food over there can’t get it over the taste . Highly recommend for the 1 who wants actual experience of Indian food. Must try

I have been going to this for more than a few months now. I have tried all Indian restaurants around. So far they are the best in terms of quality of food. I have done catering with them, and the lead manager is great.
But their customer service is unsatisfactory, for dine in.
It is completely my personal experience and this may not be true all time, but as my suggestion for the place, please at least provide a menu card for customers or let them know it will take a while and we need to wait. But having us wait in a manner where I could clearly see them doing nothing and serving large parties who arrived later than us and having us wait without even a menu card being provided was not a happy experience for me.
I like the place for quality, authenticity and variety of food and I will definitely visit again but please work on customer service, at least be mindful and aware.

Great new little Indian place, super close to home! I was surprised by how good the soups were when we got them as starters, accompanied by some butter naan. Entrees were nicely spiced, not excessive piquancy (ask for mild if you don't want a lot of heat).
The Malai Kofta is a good one-person dish, while the biryanis (even the individual size) will probably feed 3 people. Seemed like there were a lot of dishes that Americans would be familiar with, but with plenty of appeal to authenticity. Would like to try the buffet sometime to get a taste of more dishes!

Lovely food. About time we have a good curry spot in this area. And great service. The spicy dishes are spicy. The tikka masala was good and the garlic naan was delicious.
Only advice I have for the kitchen-
More chicken to sauce ratio/be careful not to over cook the chicken breast I had a few chewy bites.

We had a soup, a dragon (paneer) appetizers, malai kebab, malai kofta and chola bhatura.
Chola bhatura was superb ?, malai kebab and malai kofta were great as well. Soup was not to our taste, and panner appetizers was not best either. Good part was host came to our table and asked us how everything was. He was gracious to accept that soup and appetizers were not best to our taste and suggested alternative options. He even took soup out of our bill. Overall it was a good experience and next time I am going to ask host for suggestions.
