So I was pretty disappointed with my experience today. I submitted a mobile pick up order originally for drive thru but I decided to go in because I had to use the bathroom and the order wasn’t ready yet. I decided to purchase a reusable cup while I was waiting. I walked up to the register to pay for the cup and stood there for about 3-4 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I understand that they were busy and behind on orders but a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have sufficed. I decided to say something after a while. The employee said they were behind on orders which again I understood. I have done food service for many years of my life. My coffee was eventually ready. It was supposed to be an iced shaken espresso with oatmilk and hazelnut but the person who made it put cinnamon powder on top as if it was the brown sugar version. Either version is tasty to me but putting cinnamon on a drink that isn’t supposed to be on it could be problematic for anyone with a cinnamon allergy. I know they were busy today but I would have appreciated better customer service and a little more awareness while making drinks.

Staff (primarily Alyssa and some other “mean girls”) are a bunch of harassing bullies who enjoy driving customers away from sitting and enjoying their food and drinks. They badmouth customers in front of customers in a shameful and juvenile manner. This place is basically a kindergarten for adolescent baristas who get paid to pester the very customers who provide business to pay them. Not very smart or wise. AVOID this store unless you love juvenile drama with terrible drinks and unsanitary facilities.

Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.

Coffee was weak for a dark roast. Poured it into a cup and found a pile of coffee grounds on the bottom. Doesn't looked liked they even filtered it.

Omg!!! Best location ever! I have had amazing experience every time!!! When they ask for no ice they still fill it to top, when I forget to add milk they give me milk on the side in adorable cup! The cold brew blasted through my coffee tolerance and I only need a couple sips and I’m buzzing very hard!! It’s the best location!! The servers are super nice and cute! It’s a drive thru! 100 stars!!

It's the second time that this location gives me a coffe with 1" of air... a $6.26 drink that was not full, and it had no taste whatsoever. I ordered an eggnog latte and I was present with a horrible tasting coffee that it basically had no eggnog. I can't stress this enough, you are not only selling me a coffee you are selling your competence and your work ethic. And this tells me you don't care about my business. I work in a Starbucks (not this one Thank God), and I know this is NOT how we treat our customers. So, I'll happily drive the extra time to go to my team.
I got here at 8:30, sat at the ordering screen for 10 MINUTES. Then a lady peeked her head out the door and said nothing, so I moved up to the window. Everyone saw me and looked at me, then they all walked away and shut the lights off without ever even informing me on the fact they were closing. Online it states they close at 9 so I do t understand, this is the worst customer service experience ever and I work in customer service. You should probably update your hours.
First off don't use the telephone number for this shop that's listed on Google Maps; it is for a shop in Galloway, NJ, not the one in Marlborough, MA! Apparently the store has been trying to get this fixed, to no avail. The other problem I had with this store was the mess it was in when I arrived for a pickup. First the speaker stopped working on the drive-through so we were directed to go inside. Once I was inside, a staff member was STANDING ON A COUNTER fixing one of their machines--not very sanitary. And there were piles of things on other counters that hadn't been cleaned up, they were all out of lunch sandwiches, and generally the place looked poorly run. I'd suggest going to the other Marlborough location instead!
