I didn't think the reviews could be accurate. They are. Incredibly slow service. Staff does not have a clue about customer service. At least acknowledge guests. Holy moly bad.

My hot chocolate had about three inches of foam! Might as well charged me a size down. Baristas were busy on their phones and there were definitely sanitary concerns with their lack of hand washing.
