Im be able change my reviews for this place it wasn’t good but Today 5/19/25 I'm glad that these Starbucks employees are friendly and took their time to ensure they understood what I wanted, which I appreciate! Finally, one of the few stores that aren't rude or disrespectful to me when I try to communicate with them.

I come here a lot, most of the time it’s good. But when I order a drink and then they don’t make it right, the lady at the window gets mad at me, because they didn’t make it right. She huffs and puffs because I say, can you remake it because it’s not right. They know who I am, they know how I like my drink so when it’s made wrong the first time and I asked for it to be remade, they shouldn’t get mad because of it. Other than that, they are usually good about making my drink right the first time. I feel as though I shouldn’t have to feel bad because I don’t want the drink that I paid for made incorrectly.

Update, I edited it to 5 stars because I do get some great above and beyond service from this Starbucks and most of the time have a very pleasant time with super kind friendly workers so definitely 5 stars for sure, there was just one experience below that bothered me about Starbucks as a whole company policy, not this specific Starbucks fault
I’ll give it a 3 stars because most days it’s 5 stars but the one day I couldn’t use the app to order was a nightmare. It said $3 ANY handcrafted drink, so I made my drink then had to go through the drive through 2 times because they charged me $5 for the drink so Starbucks false advertised when they said any handcrafted drink for $3 because they upcharged me on the cold foam and crumbles. Ridiculous than I had to go through and sit at the drive thru window for way too long over $2. Probably shouldn’t have said ANY handcrafted drink for $3 because that’s a lie. Not really this specific locations fault but Starbucks company as a Whole. I have way too many cold brews in the freezer gonna have to cut myself off at this point because the flavors in seasons that aren’t Christmas or fall are trash not good at all and the reason I’ve been using Starbucks over Dunkin’ is because of the flavors and the basic flavors are trash so essentially no more getting these deals their practically stuffing down our throats at this point with how many their giving and at the end of the day it is 2.45 off a 5 drink and its silly anyway. To top it off the workers were acting kind of Pissy over it when it really was on them/Starbucks for false advertising but whatever I’d not be cheery about it either but I won’t be Upsold under my nose like I’m sure many people won’t notice the additional charges but it’s sneaky frr ?

Ordered $45 worth. Gave her $60 at register in drive thru. Gave me my change back but I didn’t re count. Went back to drive thru window because I needed extra straws. She then proceeds to say “I’m glad you came back because I forgot to give you the rest of your change..” $10 in ones she “forgot” but gave me the other $5 in ones. Sketchy!

Music too loud to work inside while between clients. Enjoyed coffee and a scone and worked in my car in the parking lot. Bathroom and restaurant clean. Great staff!
Vegetarian options: All sandwiches can have meat removed, if you're fine with the fact it was on there. They have a delicious 'impossible sausage' breakfast sandwich. Their egg bites are a go to when I don't want a sandwich.

This was my go-to Starbucks but I won’t be back after today. I ordered a coffee ahead and arrived at Starbucks 20 minutes later only to wait 30 minutes. They kept saying they were backed up but they were taking orders from people who walked in well before any online orders. 50 minutes for a coffee is absurd.

they have never once made my drink correctly i hate coming here, everytime i do i know my drink is gonna be made wrong but its the closest one to my house sostaff are nice though!
