I'm glad that these Starbucks employees are friendly and took their time to ensure they understood what I wanted, which I appreciate! Finally, one of the few stores that aren't rude or disrespectful to me when I try to communicate with them.

I come here a lot, most of the time it’s good. But when I order a drink and then they don’t make it right, the lady at the window gets mad at me, because they didn’t make it right. She huffs and puffs because I say, can you remake it because it’s not right. They know who I am, they know how I like my drink so when it’s made wrong the first time and I asked for it to be remade, they shouldn’t get mad because of it.
