What a joke. Cold, mangled food and the guy at the front of the line was not the most pleasant to deal with. I expect this from McDonalds, but when I spent $12 on this stuff, I expect better. Go to the other Starbucks

These people are personable and always helpful. I come here almost every day with my dog Nacho. He loves coming here for the treats and seeing Jessie and all of them. They love Nacho because he makes them happy and brings a smile to their face. Of course, they bring a huge smile to my face too. They're very thoughtful and friendly and work extremely hard. They very rarely get anything wrong, it's amazing how well they've done throughout the pandemic and all the other troubles were all living through in these crazy times.Any business that has lasted through the turmoil that this country has gone through the last couple of years gets two big thumbs up from me. I mean that for the employees and the owners, because if not for a joint effort, it wouldn't work.For the owners I'm sure it wasn't easy to build an awesome looking store like the Bolton St Marlborough, Ma store. I'm sure its also been more than difficult to keep the business alive in this environment. I just have to thank all your great employees and the owners, for keeping an American staple alive in these trying times. Where would we be without Starbucks? I never want to see an answer to that question.

Got a lg coffee.
I tried to go to this Starbucks to buy beans and have them ground at 7:40PM, the store closes at 8PM and they refused to grind the beans as they were “finished grinding for the day.” When I asked when they finished grinding for the day, the rude staff member told me 6:30PM. This seems ridiculous to me and I do not recommend this store.
This one could use more clean up. It just feels like you're in a Target Starbucks. 'Cause you are!
