Order via uber, when food was delivered , they forgot the sodas. Ordered no sour cream on the tacos., they still put the sour cream. Tried calling them , no answer, just answering machine.

I visit regularly late at night only, so I can only speak on the night crew.. but they are absolutely amazing between the service and food quality. These guys make taco bell items better than a lot of the taco bells I've been to from Worcester County to New Haven county and I appreciate all of it.

Over the years at this location. There’s been a constant theme of the employees shutting down the place way too early, no matter what the closing time is.
I get it, they wanna get out early, But if it’s that big of a deal, get a different job lol.

You guys need to do something about this location. I have gone multiple times before closing hours and your staff just decides to “close” they turn off their menu signage and act like they aren’t there. There is one male Indian employee who works nights there and he is horrible and disrespectful. Please hire some new workers who want to work for your company, because they aren’t running your business properly, or operating under the hours listed online.

This is not a matter of food being wrong, this is pure negligence… I ordered 2 spicy potato tacos (through door dash which is already like triple the price) and I literally got 2 tortillas filled with beans AND THATS IT!! I am so pissed I just got literally ripped off by Taco Bell..

This location is the best in the area. They always give full portions, the ingredients always seem fresh, and the employees are consistently friendly and fast.
I just want to say great job during rush hour. I had to go back in and find out who made my order. Carmen and fema did a wonderful job on stuffing the taco just right. I will be coming here from now on when crave I some tacos!

We have given this Taco Bell three chances. Their sodas taste like seltzer, they put sour cream on our burrito despite asking for no sour cream. The staff is very inattentive, not providing a basic greeting or acknowledgment at the window, then keeping us waiting for 15 minutes, only to give us the wrong bag. We arrived before close on a different night and they could not be bothered to take our order at the drive thru. So , do not recommend, avoid this Taco Bell location.
Updating: my husband threw up overnight from the food at this location. Presumably food poisoning.

I got doordash, so idk who made my order, but they deserve a raise. Best food from taco bell i have had in a long time, and this is generally a very good taco bell already that's saying something.

To all, I am professing my love for the Taco Wizard, titled “Chris”. He is a majestic being, sent from the heavens to save this Taco Bell. And save this Taco Bell he has. Whenever Chris is working, my orders have come out more than perfectly. The sun shines brighter, the sky is clearer, and the birds sing when he is on shift. But should I compare him to a summers day, it would be a disservice, as he is so much more. His spicy potato soft tacos evoke in me a deep feeling I cannot describe, almost as if I am twinkling, as if I am among the stars in the sky. Bless Chris. May he forever be touched by the Taco Bell gods, and pass this on to us mere plebeians.
