I have had most of the sandwiches they offer and I have not had a bad one yet! Today I went and perhaps there was someone new on the line, I ordered a grandmas meatball and it did not have any basil or garlic aioli on it. Nevertheless it was still delicious and I won’t count that against them. Always super fresh ingredients and the chowder is amazing too!

I went into the Marlborough location for the first time and was super disappointed by the staff that were working. At first glance they seemed friendly and helpful but as time went by and after watching them it was very apparent that they did not want to answer questions, help customers and were silently judging customers. I don’t think I’d ever go back in as the atmosphere completely threw me off. When I asked about a free sample and what I was, I recieved the name and no detail of what it was and ingredients to confirm if I had an allergy. I continue to watch the workers and realized there work ethic wasn’t to please customers or be helpful but point and let them figure it out on there own while judging and “side eyeing” customers mistakes. Very unpleasant visit!

First time I’ve been disappointed with Vin Bin! Usually the atmosphere is cheerful and the service is prompt. Today though the atmosphere was flat and I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich. No apologies for the wait. Staff wasn’t friendly.

A colleague recommended the Vin Bin for lunch, so I bought couple of sandwiches, chips, and cookies to go. My Shoemaker (chicken salad) was underwhelming -- the chicken was pulverized and mixed with so much mayonnaise that it was like paste. No way to tell it had once been white meat chicken. My colleague's Cuban was passable, though not very tasty. The Deep River potato chips, despite a sell date of September 2025, were stale and rubbery -- completely unacceptable. I ate the cookie. Others may sing this place's praises, but I won't go back. Many other and better choices -- heck, even Panera would mop the floor with this one!

Unfortunately, we'll be taking a break from VinBin... We've loved this place since we moved here 6 years ago, but the last few months our experience continues to go down and today solidified our decision.
Since we started getting sandwiches from the cafe everything has always been delicious! High quality ingredients, and always super tasty! However, the last few months several of our orders have been made incorrectly and today one of our sandwiches came with a rubber band melted into the sandwich... While the ingredients continue to be extremely high quality, the service creation and delivery has declined drastically.
I hope things will turn back around!

Ordered a Chicken Ridiculous sandwich for lunch today got home open sandwich and it barely had any chicken in it. Chicken Ridiculous all right - ridiculous to pay over $14 dollars for just bread. Very disappointed.

Employees tend to have attitude and don’t listen well when taking your order. last 5 times was wrong. Or over loaded with sauce that made the sandwich more a soupy mess. Today I got one slice of chicken on my whole sandwich. the sandwich was bread a pickles/onion with a cup of sauce. Just horrible. This use to be a family favorite for us but the past year has gone way down hill. Hope you take reviews serious an fix the issues I miss your old ways!

I went to The Vin Bin to pick up my on-line order of the Thomas S. Moore Cognac Barrel Bourbon and decided to order a Chipotle BLT since it was lunch time. The service was friendly, quick and well organized. The Chipotle BLT was very delicious with a generous portion of bacon and guacamole. I highly recommend The Vin Bin.
Placed an online order. Then went to pick up food at the time it was ready and they gave my sandwich to someone else. Sandwich was made sub par, zero attention to detail and unorganized staff.

One can sometimes find great gems on the Monday Morning Bacchus. Definitely found one with a 2012 Montepulciano, at a price difficult to beat. Good to keep an eye on your email on Monday morning before a great wine sells out!

Called in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the range of food available. Tables outside or in or just takeout. Good ambience with some 'oldies' on background tape- not too loud, either. Huge range of fine quality food and drink to buy

I went there for a lunch sandwich. The Cafe/Store offers sandwiches, salads, soups. Embedded, there is a high quality liquor store with a good wine selection, cigars and cheese. You can enjoy your sandwich either outside or sit on long tables surrounded by wine bottles which gives it an interesting flair. The sandwiches are good though on the pricier side.
