Fui comer com a minha mãe agora a banana estava crua e a batata frita crua o preço do menu está errado eles estão cobrando preço a mais. Piorou muito esse lugar , 1 ano atrás estava muito melhor . A mulher que atendeu agente e arrogante e não tem paciência para minha pergunta sobre o preço . Cobrou muito mais do que o preço que tinha quer ser o que o menu falava nunca mais .

Everything was going to work out, but…. Delicious food, generous portion. Ambiance is ok, but service is terrible. They don't care about customers being there. And I kept an eye on the bill, as the Tip is already included in the total bill.

I ordered a portion of chicken with banana. Banana and chicken came. Lots of bananas and just a little chicken (fried in old fat). Lack of respect for the customer. The same thing happened before, I didn't want to do a review (I called to complain). Whoever answered me said that's how it is. This is why they are losing customers to Gauchao de Hudson. A shame, because it's so close to my house.
I bought 3 complete açai bowls and paid $75 for the complete order! The three açaís arrived incomplete and I spoke to the attendant and she simply said that they come as they come, specifically asking for 3 complete açaís! I know I was busy but there was no harm in helping me correctly! I would like my money back since I didn't receive my complete açaí and I paid $22 for each one! The way I was served and received my order is absurd, even though I'm there almost every Sunday to eat açaí, disappointed with such ignorance!

Definitely not going back. Not after seeing the price going up high and the quality down low. Last visit I paid for 3 meals, almost 100 dollars, shocking. 100 dollars for rice and beans and chicken. The beans were NOT fresh at all. I didn't want eat it. So, felt like I was throwing away 100 bucks. Of course, it includes tips that they obligate you to pay to contribute for the servers salary. It's a big No for me. You wanna sell rice and beans for 20 something bucks, that's up to you, but at least throw away the old food and serve a fresh one everyday.

Bad bad, customer services, I ordered a food for me and my son 3 hours ago and still not received my order, they don’t care about it after your order is done and paid for it, I called them three times and still not get it a firm answer, I really wish the owner have a knowledge about this, because this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’ll never use them again or recommend to anyone.
