Fui comer com a minha mãe agora a banana estava crua e a batata frita crua o preço do menu está errado eles estão cobrando preço a mais. Piorou muito esse lugar , 1 ano atrás estava muito melhor . Everything was going to work out, but…. Delicious food, generous portion. Ambiance is ok, but service is terrible. They don't care about customers being there. And I kept an eye on the bill, as the Tip is already included in the total bill.

I ordered a portion of chicken with banana. Banana and chicken came. Lots of bananas and just a little chicken (fried in old fat). Lack of respect for the customer. The same thing happened before, I didn't want to do a review (I called to complain). Whoever answered me said that's how it is. This is why they are losing customers to Gauchao de Hudson. A shame, because it's so close to my house.

I bought 3 complete açai bowls and paid $75 for the complete order! The three açaís arrived incomplete and I spoke to the attendant and she simply said that they come as they come, specifically asking for 3 complete açaís! I know I was busy but there was no harm in helping me correctly! I would like my money back since I didn't receive my complete açaí and I paid $22 for each one! The way I was served and received my order is absurd, even though I'm there almost every Sunday to eat açaí, disappointed with such ignorance!
