I buy 3 Davis triple every Friday for my kids. This Friday I went to buy it again. They gave me 3 Dave’s single. I drove home and realized it was 3 Dave’s single. I went back to change. They said it was my fault that I requested the wrong order. Didn’t gave me what I ordererd before even paying the difference. They wanted me to buy the triple if I want. The worst experience I had in any franchise. That’s not what I expected. The worst manager ever. Hope she gets fired with this review. I was forgotten, when I requested the wrong burgers back they gave me 2 instead of 3 .

How is this a large Wendy’s is playing everyone with these pictures worlds smallest and thinnest burger I have ever bought I have it to my 4 year old and he ate it in four bites and partially seasoned nuggets it’s just nuggets with dipping sauce drizzled on top they don’t even shake it the only thing large in the order was soda and fries this company burning the people pockets they need to shut down cuz at this point I need to order twice to get satisfied total fail Wendy’s you fell off and now robbing the people smh
I got a Parmesan cease salad. Suppose to come with grilled chicken pieces. Not only did I not get grilled chicken pieces, I got a whole crispy chicken cutlet, not cut up & thrown on top of the salad as a substitute. Didn't even saying anything to me lol. I had to throw the chicken away, it was so hard & dry it couldn't be cut up. Ridiculous & disgusting.

These guys told me that my order was too big, even tho we just ordered 2 burgers, and asked us to meet them at the front. After they came, they told us to go back in the line. A drive by adventure because a 30 minute nightmare. Y’all gotta do better

Chicken wrap was a bit loose causing it to fall apart while eating. Taste and quality was very good.

When you order your food at the drive-through and drive away to get on the highway and realize they totally messed up your whole order and it’s not beneficial for you to turn around to waste time on your busy day. It’s pretty upsetting. And then on top of it, the burgers they messed up were done so sloppily you couldn’t even eat them too much mayonnaise on them ketchup. It was ridiculous and how do I get my money back from this? This is why corporations are absurd.

Drove in this morning around 10:15. Asked for a "Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich, please," multiple times. I was told, "We're no longer serving breakfast." Confused, I left because I couldn't see the proper deals on the app, and I really just wanted breakfast. While stopped at a red light, I checked online and saw that breakfast ends at 10:30 AM.
I turned back, went inside, and asked why they stopped serving breakfast (was still 10:22). An employee told me they ran out of eggs. I asked if they had everything needed to make the sandwich I wanted, and she said yes... So why did the rude manager, Donovan, tell me I couldn't order the sandwich? Why did I have to drive away, check the website, and come back just to order what I originally asked for?
Donovan lied about the breakfast hours and about mishearing me, claiming I asked for an egg breakfast sandwich when I clearly said "Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich." His customer service was awful, and I was honestly nervous to even ask him to make my order. Total shame—I just wanted my chicken breakfast sandwich. :/
