Wow! What a great place, the food, drinks, all the staff, just excellent! We were treated like we were VIPs and knew no one! The food was fantastic and each staff person we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. This is a gem! The food was so fresh and delicious and the margaritas were great. Can’t wait to come back.

5's all around for this place. Easily the best Mexican restaurant in Marlborough and the competition isn't half bad.

There was a bug in my drink and unfortunately I didn’t realize until it was halfway. They still charged me for it because it was my fault that I didn’t realize there was a bug in there beforehand. Disgusting.
Similar to other Mexican restaurants but I found my carnitas house special very tasty.

Best Mexican/Salvadorian food eaten in the US ever. We stopped by today at Zarape after a nice walk on the floating boardwalk on Williams Lake. It was after lunch rush. We opted for small plates. Yuca en ajillo was like light crispy cube fries in heavenly garlic butter with toasted onions. I never tasted anything that good. Street tacos (chicken) with dipping sauce were crispy and fragrant with fresh cilantro. The elote loco (street corn) was 10 times better than the one I make at home and I thought mine was great. Rich cheese and fresh lime with spices really elevated this dish. We love pupusas (Salvadorian specialty) and the pork and cheese ones from Zarape did not disappoint. The guacamole busted with freshness, along with the crunchy and freshly made corn tortilla chips. We also loved the chicken taquitos. The Zarape margarita (lime with sugar rim) that 2 of the guests shared was apparently excellent and quite strong. We had no room for dessert but we cannot wait to go back. We had plenty of food for 4 and were able to share generous servings of mouth-watering food.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible bathroom and easy configuration around the tables to accommodate for a wheelchair

This restaurant just outright scammed me on Doordash, I ordered tacos in which there are 3 tacos shown in the picture, and only got 2. I ordered 2 orders of them and only received 1. So, I am missing 2/3 of my tacos.

The food is so good here! They also have tasty margaritas. There’s an outdoor patio space that is nice when it’s warm out.

Not the same since the renovation. Small portions and weak drinks I always loved this place but definitely not the same
Great finding! Nice atmosphere and finally a real queso fundido.
