The Benedict’s English muffins were thin, making them a perfect base for the main stars of the dish - eggs, hollandaise sauce, and protein. The home fries were perfectly cut, small wedges of potato seasoned just right and not greasy. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was spot on (a nice balance of attention while not ignoring you or rushing your meal).
The service was a team effort; one individual took the order, another checked on beverages, while the owner brought the meals to the table. That supports the respect they have for each other, which is then passed on to the guests to ensure a positive experience.
Definitely plan to visit again, again, and again in the future!

We stopped in to try Buppa's, having noticed the place while in the plaza the night before. I chose homemade grilled cornbread, home fries, and bacon, with an orange juice. All were very good, especially the cornbread. I prefer home fries more on the old-fashioned side, but these were fine, light and crisp. The bacon was done perfectly for my taste, cooked thoroughly to just the right moment. Juice seemed fresh. My order was not adventurous, and I don't eat eggs, but they have lots of different options for those who desire more than the basic. The place is clean and bright, and the service sincere and friendly. I will return.

Nice small place to visit for breakfast. Typical breakfast menu nothing unique that I saw. Waitstaff was very friendly and professional. Was not very busy but it was a Wednesday. Pretty good food but nothing special. Probably will not visit again.
Perfect breakfast experience. Crispy home fries, great eggs and fluffy pancakes. The bacon and sausage were perfect! Everything you could want from a local breakfast spot! It is popular and there was a short wait on a rainy Saturday morning. They do offer take out as well.

The service is Superior! My husband and I ordered Eggs Benedict and Crepes with strawberries, blueberries, Nutella (which I requested on the side and they were happy to accommodate) and whip cream. I told Deb - our server - when I ordered my coffee that used a lot of cream and she thanked me for letting her know and she gave me a lot of cream!! They do take special requests if you don’t see what you want on the menu. Pricing is very fair. You need to go now!!!
