I went through the drive thru with my sister, Bridget and every time this young very friendly gentleman handed us our order. She told me that she would stop every day before her cancer treatment and he would always cheer her up. Thank you for that.

This location simply cant do anything right. I get a half coffee half hot chocolate every single morning, and when i went to this location the girl said she couldnt do that. When i asked if it was just this location she said āum i think its all locationsā. When i informed her she was wrong and they do it everywhere, she said she āwas told not toā. Would be nice to hire workers (and managers) that know how their job works and want to do it right. This branch is sorely lacking in that department

Drive -thru line goes out to the main road. When you get to the window to pick up your food it's not what you ordered. Is anybody double checking that the bag of food goes to the correct car ? Stickers on bag might be needed to help with getting accuracy done. You remodel this establishment and service goes down. We spend our money that we work for and yet we get let down.

This is the second time Iāve been in this week. God bless the tall trim blonde girl. Is she the only one who knows what is going on there? Both times I was in she was working double time but was pleasant in spite of the hectic atmosphere.

The absolute worst in all aspects. I never thought Iād stop drinking Dunkinās coffee but itās simply not worth the hassle at this one. Iāve actually cut back on my coffee intake. Thanks Dunkin! I donāt run on Dunkin anymore

Every time I go there thereās always either something wrong with my order like for example Iāll order a bacon and cheese sandwich. They egg on it my daughter does not like eggs so she canāt even eat her sandwich because sheās so picky that once the egg is on it and it touches everything else she wonāt eat it and then theyāve gotten my drink order wrong multiple times, and itās not even that complicated of an order and then just recently I placed an order on the app today in order to doughnut it was supposed to be free. I didnāt even get my donut like every time I go there they leave something out of my order and then I go in and tell them about it and they tell me that they gave me everything and refused to rectify the situation.
