This location simply cant do anything right. I get a half coffee half hot chocolate every single morning, and when i went to this location the girl said she couldnt do that. When i asked if it was just this location she said “um i think its all locations”. When i informed her she was wrong and they do it everywhere, she said she “was told not to”. Would be nice to hire workers (and managers) that know how their job works and want to do it right. This branch is sorely lacking in that department

Drive -thru line goes out to the main road. When you get to the window to pick up your food it's not what you ordered. Is anybody double checking that the bag of food goes to the correct car ? Stickers on bag might be needed to help with getting accuracy done. You remodel this establishment and service goes down. We spend our money that we work for and yet we get let down.

This is the second time I’ve been in this week. God bless the tall trim blonde girl. Is she the only one who knows what is going on there? Both times I was in she was working double time but was pleasant in spite of the hectic atmosphere.

The absolute worst in all aspects. I never thought I’d stop drinking Dunkin’s coffee but it’s simply not worth the hassle at this one. I’ve actually cut back on my coffee intake. Thanks Dunkin! I don’t run on Dunkin anymore

Every time I go there there’s always either something wrong with my order like for example I’ll order a bacon and cheese sandwich. They egg on it my daughter does not like eggs so she can’t even eat her sandwich because she’s so picky that once the egg is on it and it touches everything else she won’t eat it and then they’ve gotten my drink order wrong multiple times, and it’s not even that complicated of an order and then just recently I placed an order on the app today in order to doughnut it was supposed to be free. I didn’t even get my donut like every time I go there they leave something out of my order and then I go in and tell them about it and they tell me that they gave me everything and refused to rectify the situation.

I have tried and tried to keep ordering from this location but my coffee is either wrong, stale, and the customer service is not great. It is a popular locations of the way is very very long. After waiting in the drive-through for about 20 minutes I pull up to the speaker and they said they didn’t receive the order I replace the order. I get to the window and they say they still haven’t received the order I should try the Dunkin’ Donuts down the road and tell them I say hello. Customer service would be helping to offer a solution other than inconveniencing the customer. Again I don’t love this location end I don’t trust what they put in the coffee-I ordered a decaf once and I wouldn’t be surprised if there was caffeine in it they are very lackadaisical both in the drive-through and walking in. Unfortunate since I live around the corner. I will rather drive 15 minutes out of the way for an improved experience.

Terrible service. I ordered the $3 Dunkin wrap with any beverage which excludes the small wake up wrap and “Jack day” the manager on staff was laughing in my face and made me repeat to him 6 times my order after having to come in and get my money back which he said he wasn’t allowed to do but didn’t care at this point. Terrible service and management.
