I had a terrible experience at this location. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, no one took my order, so I got to the window and was completely ignored. The manager (or at least I think she was) her name, SAILA, refused to take my order and told me I had to drive back around and go through the line again. I even asked if I could just grab a quick donut at the window, and she rudely refused. Her attitude was condescending and unprofessional. I believe her name was Saila or something similar. Absolutely unacceptable customer service—I won’t be coming back.

The manager has made it so they're the only one that can authorize any kind of refund. If this is their policy then the manager should be there whenever they are open. Turns out the machine they needed was broken so I was unable to get the drink I wanted or a refund. I feel like I was scammed.

I went here on Thursday went inside..the girls were singing ? they were having a great time. I loved it ♥ I had shut my hand in the car door my thumb actually and it was bleeding the cashier was so sweet she had the other girls get me a bandaid. NOONE EVER DOES THAT NOW ADAY. This place is disgusting. The parking lot is littered with trash and Dunkin' cups and bags. My 3 year old and I go here weekly to get donuts, it's never clean, the staff is never nice. Today takes the cake, the person helping me pants were so low I you could see their underwear hanging out. He then proceeded to yell at me twice when telling him what I wanted telling me I had to pay for the donuts first so I didn't walk out without paying. My card was already in the machine-I was trying to pay for said donuts. He then apologized and said he was tired. I'm not a dunkin coffee drinker, but this store is not worth it for the donuts. You tend to feel like you are always inconveniencing the staff as opposed to them doing their job and getting you what you need.
