They made my drink and left it on the counter and did not give it to me for like 20 minutes and when they did it the ice was melted and it was warm.

I have been a regular patron of this establishment for over a year, and my experiences have consistently been exceptional. The staff's ability to recall my daily order has been impressive, ensuring accuracy every time. The manager deserves commendation for fostering a culture of diligence among employees, who maintain their composure and professionalism even in challenging situations, such as understaffing and difficult customers.
I would like to share an incident I witnessed during a recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts location with my daughter. A customer became involved in a dispute with the staff due to an extended wait time. The customer proceeded to use derogatory language towards the staff, prompting the manager to intervene. The manager explained that the location was short-staffed due to three employees being in training and that the customer was the only individual complaining. The manager then politely asked the customer to leave and not return, citing the availability of other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the area. The customer's behavior escalated further, and she became irate upon being asked to leave. The customer's use of profanity in front of her child was particularly disturbing. As a regular customer at this location, I have never experienced any issues or witnessed such behavior. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and was left with no choice but to refund the customer's order and ask her not to return. The manager also made it clear that any future incidents would result in law enforcement involvement. As a gesture of goodwill, the manager provided me with a complimentary order of 25 Munchkins, which I had purchased while waiting for the situation to resolve. I appreciate the manager's commitment to supporting her staff and maintaining a positive environment. The manager's actions were entirely justified, and I commend her for her professionalism. This Dunkin' Donuts location will continue to be my preferred establishment, and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire staff. Their dedication to maintaining a positive atmosphere is truly commendable.

Employees here are rude and there is constant turnover at this location. Customer service is a foreign concept at this Dunkin and I have no idea why people go here when the Dunkin over the line in Pembroke is a thousand times better. Not that would be difficult because this Dunkin should be avoided at all costs. Buyer be well aware.

I had a terrible experience at this location. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, no one took my order, so I got to the window and was completely ignored. The manager (or at least I think she was) her name, SAILA, refused to take my order and told me I had to drive back around and go through the line again. I even asked if I could just grab a quick donut at the window, and she rudely refused. Her attitude was condescending and unprofessional. I believe her name was Saila or something similar. Absolutely unacceptable customer service—I won’t be coming back.

The manager has made it so they're the only one that can authorize any kind of refund. If this is their policy then the manager should be there whenever they are open. Turns out the machine they needed was broken so I was unable to get the drink I wanted or a refund. I feel like I was scammed.
