Had to wait in the drive thru for ever. To the point the workers had to come over and ask us to reorder. There was only 4 cars in line not busy at all. Our WHOLE order was wrong. They literally gave me a big mac with absolutely nothing on it. Just bread and bare meat patties. Like what?! Why?!

Literally the worst french fries I think I may have had in my entire 45 years. They were so overcooked every single one was like a cracker. A french fry cracker. I normally avoid McDonald's as it is but it was getting late and I was starving and had no time for anything else so I broke down and ordered McDonald's and it was such a disappointment that I'm shocked they're still in business. Hoping that the fries would be the worst of it as I also got a double cheeseburger. I bit into that and it was also probably from lunch time. Looks like it had been sat on and dry as dust. Honestly when you get McDonald's you hope that it's at least going to taste good because you know it's terrible for you. When it's terrible for you and it tastes horrible it's just unacceptable. This location should be closed if this is what they think is passable as food

This is the worst Mcds on the south shore..its hardly ever fresh, even at the dinner rush. The workers must be mute because they don't say anything at the pickup window. Just stare at you blankly and thrust the food at you. All set with this one.

As usual the orders were missing items. This time we ordered 2 Big Mac meals and a Filet o Fish meal and received none of the fries. So sick of spending money here and getting less than we paid for.
