Also, I highly recommend you go to Mix it nutrition in pembroke as well. (She also runs that one!) you’ll never be disappointed. The staff are incredible. Shakes and teas are too!

Tried this delicious place today. Amazed and impressed with how filling and yummy my peanut butter chocolate shake was. The staff was super friendly and fast. My kids had a mnm cookie shake, a vanilla cupcake shake and a chocolate oreo. All my kids were happy and full. This place is wonderful!

Love this place. The shakes are nutritious and delicious! And less than 1/2 the calories of a milkshake. Great meal replacement or snack. The delicious teas offer a natural pick me up. I may have to try all their amazing flavors!
