I waited for over 30 minutes to then have to leave and not even receive my beverage. As the cup was labeled and ignored the whole time. Just left on the cold bar with two other drinks. It was very disappointing to see workers not even acknowledge those drinks while having many people left waiting. It’s unreasonable to have to wait that long to receive a single drink. Over all this was a very disappointing experience and to see this happening more often since this is not the first time, is unacceptable.

the old lady looking mf was rude and gave so much attitude for no reason. i got a wrap with bacon egg cheese- i think there was more bread than anything else. I will say the lady that gave me my drinks was nice she had cool makeup.
if you’re going to give a customer an iced americano instead of an iced coffee (which is what i ordered) than you NEED to let the customer know they’re getting espresso. it is very different and some people don’t handle espresso very well. i understand you’re sometimes out of iced coffee but PLEASE let customers know what they’re getting so they can make a decision based off that—

Food is always fresh. Drinks are always delicious. Service is always quick. My orders are always accurate. The staff are very friendly. No complaints from me. Whoever manages this place is doing a great job and should consider training other Starbucks to do the same. Love that it's so close to home too.
