When ordering delivery , I recommend getting the small pink cup. Be prepared to receive it only half full with yogurt , same with the green large cup. $10 for a small pink cup only 1/2 full, we’ve experienced this the past 4 orders in January. I would give 5 stars if the product we paid for was full in the $10-$12 cup.

Best place besides Joyner Lucas' OhWow! Which I haven't had yet. But im sure it's gonna take over. Worcester is just over an hour away so it might just be a one time thing unless they expand. So for now GO SWEETFROG!!

Filthy.... The Health Inspector needs to stop by...the trays under the yogurt self -serve dispensers look like they need a good scrubbing, the catch trays were caked w/goop. The candy and add-one area at the front looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a couple of days. What happened? This place used to be a great go to....but it's gone way down hill.... And, it's cash only . I can't imagine they'll stay open much longer....

Completely filthy with scattered toppings everywhere. I watched the girls working just scoop the dirty toppings back into the containers to be reused! Gave away huge sundaes to friends. Floor was dirty, place looked like it hasn't been cleaned all summer. Sad to see a cute store just completely go downhill - looks like there is no manager around - it was so dirty I can't believe people arent getting sick from this location - no pride or care is put into this place.

I hate to say this, but this place is disgusting. The filth is inexcusable. From gross floors to food prep surfaces. Everything was dirty. If they can't keep basic cleanliness, I don't want to know how the insides of their soft servemachines look. I didn't eat anything from here.

Ive been to Sweet frogs in Marshfield and was excited to see that there was a location in Plymouth. Was disappointed with my experience there were two young girls working and they were talking to each other and on their phones the whole time. Barely looking up to talk to the customers. I felt like I was more of a bother being there.

Absolutely filthy. The yogurt machines were dirty, the floors were visibly dirty and sticky to walk on, the windows smeared with hand prints, the toppings area had spills everywhere. There was one young girl working and she spent the duration in the back room.

This place sucks. Dirty, gross, rude inattentive staff. Bathroom smelled like a giant porter potty and there was no toilet paper. I had to ask for some and was humiliated. They played inappropriate music which is disturbing because the place is swarming with little kids constantly. And when I complained about "lil uzi" playing on blast, the red haired girl told me she can play whatever she wants. Disrespectful. Do not recommend this place to anyone ever. BOYCOTT SWEETFART.

Not usually a fan of froyo but I found myself in the area trying to kill time before an appointment. I got cookies and cream with multiple toppings (chocolate chips, Twix, Caramel, oreos) and I was surprised that I enjoyed it. I wish I had filled my cup more.
