The staff I dealt with today around 6:30 p.m.? I went through drive through they didn’t understand me I ordered two chicken nuggets two McFlurry they charge me 427 could not understand me so I had to go inside after to go inside. They still made it wrong order and then when I told them he told me to leave and didn’t want to deal with Me. You need to get new staff members. This is not the first time not the third time the same crew has messed up my orders many times before. You should consider who you guys put on the mic because again I was in a rush and I went through drive-through and I had to go inside to make my order because of not understanding my order. Sorry, but I will find another Wendy’s to go to

I just got home with a chicken ranch wrap and it's inedible. Chunks of dried out chicken that should have gone in the trash. $12 for a lunch that ended up being fries and a drink. Very disappointing!!

My order was incorrect as I paid for a crispy chicken sandwich in addition to my biggie bag, and the worker refused to make it for me. I said I would do a burger instead since he said he was out of chicken patties which seemed odd to me, but then refused to make my sandwich. This was Tuesday 1/6 at like 10:45

I went through the drive-thru ordered a sausages, egg, cheese on a English muffin. I got to work made my coffee open my sandwich to find this... DONE with this location. Hope it goes out of business.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, it took over 15 minutes in the drive thru to get the order right, they didn’t understand anything we were saying, tried to charge us twice.
By the time we got our food of course it was wrong and it was freezing cold. Didn’t even bother going back.

Went though the drive through with nobody behind me and it took 30 mins to get my order ready and all I ordered was 2 burgers 1 chicken nuggets and 4 fries and they gave me 1 burger and and 2 fries and that’s it and it took 30 mins and then the guy didn’t speak good English and just didn’t give me my stuff

It’s like Wendy’s doesn’t even try anymore. I haven’t seen a clean store in 2 years. The service used to be a hallmark and now is a liability. The food is always below expectation but damn sometimes you want some fries and a frosty.
