Ordered a cheeseburger and instead they charged me for a Dave’s Single and gave me one. Was way more money than I intended to spend. Ofc the ai drive through got it wrong but when I double checked with the person at the window if it was a regular small cheeseburger she said yes. I feel like I got scammed
If your staff can’t even keep to the dress code it makes you wonder what happens in the kitchen that you don’t see

I realize it's hard to find good help but this was a problem. I pulled up to the drive through window and a hand came reaching out. Without a word or turning to face me my assumption was that the young man wanted payment. His being nonverbal or able to actually look in my general direction kind of bothered me. I remained silent as he returned my card to me again never bothering to turn around and acknowledge my existence. Finally he thrust the bag of food out the window again without any communication or mature behavior. I took the bag and left. It was the most bizarre experience I have ever had at a drive up window. I'd also say there was no one ahead of or behind me in line. The burger was unexceptional.

Ordered Parmesan Chicken salad w/ medium vanilla frosty and being not too busy inside but drive-up window orders were moving steadily I received my meal in seconds. Dine-in option was suggested due to extreme high temperatures outside.

Horrible!
Usually i’d say good things, but what is this? I ordered a cobb salad and i get this??? There was barely any chicken, it was buried underneath. I might as well went to the supermarket and bought lettuce. This is not worth $9. Like at least try…

At 730pm sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes just get our food and find out not a single thing was correct. Try to be polite and talk to the gentleman at the window every time he handed something out the window, he literally didn’t say one word. Had my wife go in to get the food fixed, and finally got fed up after sitting outside for 20 minutes and started writing this review. Hopefully she comes out soon….
Update! 8:41 got my food for a second time and they messed up, so over this place.

This location is always pretty fast. My only complaint, if it even is one is that the sodas are weak. Not like they are about to run out… Just the settings need to be adjusted.

Couldn't even handle a simple order. Ordered a chocolate strawberry poptart frosty on the mobile app. Received a chocolate frosty with toffee and caramel. Didn't even try. Tasted okay I guess.
