Tavern on the Green at Olde Barnstable

This was my first time there in 17 years and I was so impressed. The food was fantastic, very reasonably priced and a great selection. Our server was great, handled the busy crowd so well. Will definitely go back soon, wish I had gone back sooner. Its a hidden gem.....

We were searching restaurants in the area and this tavern showed on my GPS when we arrived we couldn't even locate a sign or building to enter so we left

Fantastic place!! The staff is amazing and the food is delicious. Make sure to get a cold drink from the best bartender around Tim. Overall great spot. Highly recommend!

The prices must be inflation proof because I did a double take on the entire menu... Great staff great service and fantastic food and excellent drinks

My wife and I came in for lunch this past Sunday. The food was excellent! The bartender Tim had us laughing the whole time we were there! we will go back!

If you haven’t been recently, you need to. It’s under new management with a new menu. Food is great! Very friendly staff. It has also had a makeover. Clean and bright atmosphere with beautiful views. I’ll definitely be back.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but I'm giving it 4 for the reasons why:Pros:Amazing foodBeautiful sceneryGreat for people who golf (I don't)Nice for couples, families, friendsSeafood night is a must!!!Whole belly clams & Bahama Mama (must try what I ordered)!Cons:The biggest one I'd say is the service. I don't feel welcome here. The servers seem unhappy, rushed, and were short with me. I understand that they're busy, but I didn't get good vibes.
