My wife and I visited 53 Chophouse for the first time and we had an excellent experience. Jeff was our waiter and he did an outstanding job. You can tell he is a professional and he truly helped add to our dining experience. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great too. We are big fans of Cape Cod Coffee (the breakfast restaurant at this location during breakfast/lunch) and knew we had to try 53 Chophouse (the steakhouse that the restaurant transforms into for dinner time). This absolutely a place that we look forward to coming back to again. Thank you Jeff & staff for a great time.

We returned to the 53 chophouse, because the first time was delightful. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The server was outstanding, professional, and accommodating. The steaks were also delicious, well seasoned and well cooked. Unfortunately, the sides and the seafood main dish were cold and needed to be sent back.

This was our second visit and looking forward to another delicious steak. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The four of us each ordered the filet, three medium rare and one medium. Only one of the three came to the table as medium rare while the other two were cooked to medium. I sent mine back and quickly received a new one done closer to medium rare. The medium filet was cooked to nearly well done. The server did not charge us for that steak. So, this was a major disappointment even with the server trying to rectify the situation. The up side...the ambiance was very nice, our server, Jeff, was very knowledgeable , helpful, and paid attention to details. The martinis were made to perfection and the half Caesar salads were ample and very tasty. 53 Chophouse has a nice wine list and we found two our liking! I'll finish with, this could have been a fluke, we'll see.

We'd never been here before. We saw it pop up on social media and decided to book it. After we made the reservation, we were at Mashpee Commons and scouted out the location. We were a bit surprised that it was Cape Cod Coffee. We'd been there for breakfast/lunch and enjoyed the food so we decided to go ahead and see what it was like. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was certainly different than Cape Cod Coffee during the day. Our waiter Jeff was top notch. He walked us through the 3 course price fixe menu. It was a great deal!. Appetizers (salad, oysters), chateaubriand (cooked medium rare perfectly), asparagus and mashed potatoes and creme brulee were excellent. The manager came over to make sure we were happy with our dinner/experience. We will definitely be back.

First time dining here, certainly won't be the last. Great service from the moment we walked in the door until we left. High quality food prepared very well, great wine list, fantastic cocktails. Shout out to all of the staff for a job well done.

53 Chophouse is a welcome addition to the Cape Cod dining scene. Service and ambience are great, perfect for a romantic evening out with that special someone. Thursday evenings ONLY feature a special dinner for two, featuring chateaubriand prepared to your requested degree of doneness. This dinner for two special includes two cocktails or glasses of wine, two appetizers, two sides (each side feeds two people), two sauces, and crème brûlée for dessert. All for $150, plus tax and tip!

Dined in for Valentine's Day and was just absolutely blown away! Service (Jeff) was out standing. Cuisine was expertly prepared and the portions were ample. It was an overall wonderful dining experience and I'll definitely be dining with 53 Chophouse again.

Cape cod steakhouse. We shared a special of Chateaubriand and were very happy. The Caesar was very good. The fondue is for Gorgonzola lovers; on the strong side. Steak was like butter and the sauces served with it were first rate. Nice dessert too. This is a special dine out experience.

Food is great, we decided to sit a the bar this time versus waiting a slight delay, which is expected on a busy pre-valentine's day weekend. Bartender was great, service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend! One of a kind on Cape to get city-like (Abe and Louie's, Capitol Grille) menu and steak quality.

Four of us dined here on a Saturday night and had a great experience. Our server Melissa was very attentive and kind. The bread served first was very fresh. I ordered the petite filet and it was cooked perfectly. I chose the blue cheese butter which paired well. The mushrooms and creamed spinach were very good too. I was happy to see Rombauer chardonnay on the menu as it is one of my favorites.

First time there and had read a number of reviews. Got the Tomahawk for 2 which value -wise was perfect. It includes two sauces and two sides. Jeff was a fantastic server who explained the food meticulously. The corn risotto is to die for. I added a lobster tail which was delicious and generous. The bourdelaise sauce was damn amazing choice for the steak. I could have eaten with a spoon. Happy we booked. We eat at steakhouses all over and many of the big ones. Much happier to support a smaller local business with outstanding personal service than the big ones in the city. Can't wait to go back.

This was our first visit for dinner. All of the food was very delicious! The Beef Wellington was cooked perfectly. The Far Niente Chardonnay was great and served at an appropriate temperature (I.e. not so cold that you can't taste it). The alcohol choices were very good. The staff and manager were very friendly and welcoming. It was an expensive meal, but well worth it. One of the top restaurants on the Cape. We're heading back for Valentine's Day.

What a find for the Cape. Finally, a restaurant to count on as a go to place. Been there over a dozen times this summer and never a let down. Always a 10vfrom greeting apron arrival to the final port. A date nightie to forget. Ask gor Colin he's the man
