I began my own tradition of stopping at the place on Bearses Way on my way to the late ferry to Nantucket after a long drive from upstate NY. I usually get a couple of the ciders you have on tap and potatoe skins to go. The first two times the food was so good that I brought my wife there on a different trip. However the last few times left something to be desired - cold take out or tonight 10/7 no bacon or anything resembling what I've received in my other visits. I called and talked to a gentleman that said he was sorry but other than that seemed unconcerned. My purpose for calling was to let someone who cares know what you are serving. I'm sure I'll be back, but I'll have to think twice about take out.

got a small garden salad as my dinner half the lettuce was wilted and slimy. I didn't say anything picked out most of the lettuce it was about half of it but the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes were fresh all 2 slices and 3 tomatoes did I mention it was $9!!!!! A SIDE SALAD!!!!! waitress was clearly tired and been working there a long time and lost her luster for customer service in general. Taking orders was like annoying for her. over all I would not go back.

Bobby Byrne's has maintained its standard as far back as I can remember....from when I started visiting in the 90s! Love the food, service, and ambiance!

It’s supposed to be a good restaurant but it was terrible long wait for food and very expensive I ask for bacon and they didn’t give it 1 star and not recommended

Used to be the best nachos on Cape Cod but their portion size has decreased exponentially. We always got the half plate of nachos with beef and it was a great amount. We always left full and satisfied. Today? Teeny portion on a much smaller plate, maybe 2 layers of chips, hardly any beef or cheese. It was mostly lettuce. SO disappointed. I actually left the restaurant hungry for the first time ever. Guess we won't be going there anymore. Too bad too cause they were consistently great for years. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
i’ve heard through the grapevine but didn’t think too much of it but that girl with the red and black hair itches her head a lot and one of her friends told me she has lice. she doesn’t even wear a hairnet but it’s disgusting and she touches her hair while holding food it’s actually beyond me. get some better staff

I ordered the large spinach salad with egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomato and onion. Salad was nice and fresh. I also ordered the surf and turf with sirloin tips and shrimp casserole. The sirloin tips were done perfectly! And the shrimp was delicious too. Just small ones. Service was okay. I felt like she was rushing me out of there

We just got takeout from here for dinner and didn’t eat there, so this is just a review of the food. Which was just okay. I ordered a Caesar’s Salad, which was a good size, but it was just okay. Everybody else’s sandwiches were just okay. However, the french fries tasted to me like they had been fried in oil that was at least a month old. I think my three star evaluation of them is generous. Their prices, while cheaper than other Cape Cod restaurants, are still not that cheap. For example, everybody’s sandwich was as close to $20 as could be. If we had eaten inside the restaurant, our expenditures would have been more than that.
